Great experience all around

Low prices, and a good choice of different parts from different levels of suppliers, from OE level to budget. Reasonable pricing also extends to shipping to the other side of the world in Australia! Items were also packed carefully to survive a long ride to down under. Will be using them again in the future for sure.

Poor Customer Service.

As per your reply below, it's all lies. You sent me an email requesting my feedback, and I stated in that feedback in detail my experience with trodo. So don't pretend that you requested additional information on your Lack of Customer Service. Try reading the feedback you requested for order number COM000172444. Any additional information you requested was submitted. Trodo continues to show how bad their customer service is. They continue to disregard a customers claim that's real. Another reason not to use this company. Your attempt to disregard is pathetic.

I inquired about a part I needed, I ordered the part believing it was in stock, as per their website I paid for this part believing it would be dispatched on 5/5/26, on 5/6/26 I received an email stating the item wasn't available. They then tried to get me to purchase a replacement at more than double the price. It's beyond me why it would take 7 days to not know you didn't stock an item. Trodo wasted 7+ days of my time between ordering, not knowing their stock, and having to wait for a refund. This company is totally unreliable, even after I sent my vin number to confirm the part, I still wasn't informed the item wasn't available when they replied.

Parts choice, price, support, delivery

I am using Trodo few years now. They offer great range of spare parts, you can chose different qulity that have competitive price against other resellers. And ofc eupport is fast and they are always helpful to advice you about compatibility and options when chosin parts. Highly recomended... thank you

More than a week ago

More than a week ago, I ordered a car part. During all this time, the delivery status has never changed — the order is simply marked as “in process.” It seems the package has not even been shipped, despite the stated delivery time of 4–5 days.

Getting in touch with customer support is practically impossible. There is no proper way to contact a real person on the website — every request gets redirected to an unfinished AI chatbot that does not even cover situations like this and provides no real help.

I run my own business, and I need my vehicle for work. Because of this delay, my van is sitting idle, my customers are waiting, and I cannot continue working until the part arrives. The complete lack of information and support is extremely disappointing.

Very dissatisfied with this service. One star.

There are differences between the dates of ready for dispatch when giving the orders and the real dates of dispatch.
That is not correct!
