Extremely rude people!
I tried to make an order; I am italian but I live in Ireland, so I tried to use my italian credit card, they cancelled the order because the card was different from the country. That's fine, I sent an email asking if I could proceed with another card and their answer is "DON'T ORDER ON OUR SITE!!!!"
First time that happen honestly.. I make an order of 1300 euros and this is the treatment??
EDIT: Dear Mr Pascale, the second credit card that I used was a Revolut card that is accepted worldwide!
If you don't like accept credit cards is fine you could have asked for a bank transfer but instead you sent me an email with "DON'T ORDER ON OUR SITE!!!!"
Again, I my advice is avoid this very rude and ignorant vendor, he doesn't know how to manage an ecommerce webiste and he doesn't know how deal with clients!

I made 3 orders more than 500€ on their website. I received the first 2 orders with one bead missing. I claimed for it, Pascale the order preparateur insisted that I must had lost the bead when I opened the package and the problem didnt come from her. Around 1 week later, she sent me the 3rd order, I received her package and made a video of how I unpacked it. This time she sent me a wrong item inteads of the item I bought. I told her about the video she agreed to made an exchange against a return. After this problem and 3 weeks passed of discussions she proposed me a code of 45€ value for the missing bead for an order of 100€ in the future. I received the code and the code wasnt valid at the first try. I had to claim back to active it. Recently I used it in an order that show the final total is 75€ after the code was applied. After I paied, they charged me 81€ in my account. I claimed the problem, Pascale told me that I am not honest so she cancelled the order , deleted the code, locked my account and stop answering my email. I have all the record for what I am saying here. 45€ is my money, you made mistakes after mistake how could you judged me not honest and refused to refund my money. Reply my email and solve the problem correctly because the way you are doing is not professinal and it s stealing !

Great service! I had an issue with my order - the shipping reference didn't work for me but I didn't contact regarding this immediately. Since I haven't received my order as expected, I have contacted Nevejan. My issue was identified and the order was shipped immediately. You realize what kind of service is provided to the customers only when you really get an issue with your order. Thank you very much for taking good care of your customers:)
