Complete scam. As others already wrote, they claim it was sent and delivered. I managed to get 50% refund (total order was 39 EUR) after sending numerous emails. My next step is to report this website and business to the Hong Kong police via their online form.

Outrageous fraud! After 40 days of reassuring me that I have to be patient and wait for delivery I got an e-mail claiming that the package was delivered and signed for! I will take legal action throuhg ECC and hopefully get a refund

If I could
If I could, I would give zero stars. After forty days and constant ressurance, I was told today that my package was delivered nine days ago, despite an email that reassured me, three days ago, that it was on its way to me through the local post office. I would like to laugh, but, instead, just feel incredibly stupid that I fell for this scam.
