Great products that are really well thought out.
I bought an NS60 'jacket' it is in fact two items that paired together make a full jacket. Such a versatile idea and one I shall be taking with me on so many trips.
It's packable, lightweight, comfortable and fits (me) in all the right places - brilliant!

Still in the process of trying to get my money back despite being extorted out of a £8.70 return fee for Evri (the cheapest courier that normally charge £1.99) they outsource their returns to a 3rd party company who simply try to delay the return in the hopes that you'll give up and keep the product.
It's been 2 days since I started my return request but this "Rever" company that they are using won't send me a return label/qr code, unlike literally every other returns setup online this company says it needs DAYS to process a return label....this is ofcourse very suspicious in itself and I do suspect it's a meant to delay and obstruct customers in the hope they give up on any potential refund.
Overall a very negative experience so please be aware, definitely not worth considering and as I write this I've still not been able to get my money back.

A minor issue with one of my shoes was dealt with efficiently and effectively. A straight forward no nonsense process was executed perfectly with a positive remediation. You can always spot a quality organisation by the way they resolve issues. This was top notch.

I bought a shell 2 along with the regular sized camera cube which was a fair bit and was happy when they arrive. I took both backpacking for a month and with 2 days the camera bag strap ripped making it completely useless and the shells bag strap ripped exposing the padding. They refused to refund me, they would only replace it with a new one and after about 4 months my shell has broken again. Massive waste of money would buy an osprey bag in the future.

The customer service is horrible and non-responsive and looks like it's heavily relying on AI chat box. Both me and partner (I order 2 pairs) have experienced the same product damage, in the same place due to very poor shoe finishing after wearing them twice/three times. Very disappointed considering the price and the fact that I was actually really liking how the shoes look. I have followed their recommend steps to submit a "product warranty claim" and they ignored it. Keep getting the same AI generated customer support when trying to contact them by email.

the shoes are of very good quality, as promised dries very fast, i love them. the last one i bought was 2022, wearing almost everyday and it is still good, no riss or brocken areas. would recommend.
downside: i ordered very recently, because i wanted a second pair. browsing online makes it very hard to decide which one fits best so i ordered a few pairs to try at home. i found one that fits perfectly and the others i had to return. the return cost was a bit much so i was a little bit disappointed. but still worth it. =)

Best travel shoes ever! From hiking in the mountains to trekking through Malaysian Jungle. Only good words, so comfortable, light and quick dry .also they looks quite smart!
As well as best customer service, I ordered too small pair, return and exchange to new one was so easy and communicated in best possible way.
Honestly recommend to everyone.

I’m giving an average mark for the waterproof shoes for the following reasons :
Positive points : the shoes are lightweight and comfortable. The cushion is good so walking in them is comfortable and they’re stylish so they can be worn for various occasions. The waterproof works well.
Negative points : The shoes started to tear away after just 3 months of using them and get detached on the sides. I wear them on average twice a week only. I think the material isn’t very good, thus its value for money is bad.
In addition the company isn’t really transparent about its sourcing and I think it’s mostly Chinese.
I was considering buying their backpack but after this experience I’ve changed my mind.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from the website. Order was delivered quickly but the shoes were a bit too big. Did everything directly on the website, process was smooth and easy. I had such a great experience on my 1st order that I will coming back to get the right size soon.

I was genuinely interested in Tropicfeel products and placed an order in good faith. During the process, I was encouraged by their team to use a gift card instead of my original Bancontact payment, supposedly to simplify things and avoid banking fees.
Unfortunately, this turned into a very negative experience.
After trying multiple products that did not fit me, I requested a refund — only to be told that because a gift card was used, the refund must go back to the gift card, even though:
my original payment was made by card, and
using the gift card was suggested by their team, not my initial choice.
As a result, my money is now locked into a gift card I have no use for.
This feels extremely frustrating and honestly unfair. It gives the impression that customers are pushed toward gift cards so the company can retain the money, while hiding behind rigid policies afterward.
For a premium-priced brand, this lack of flexibility and transparency in customer service is disappointing. Product design aside, the post-purchase experience matters, and in my case, it was clearly not handled well.
I would strongly advise future customers to be very cautious with gift cards when dealing with Tropicfeel.

I recently bought the AT X Forest Night shoes size 39 and the NS60 vest and layer black, size L for women.
I normally wear a shoe size 39-40 and the AT X shoes 39 fits perfectly. They are super comfortable and look great. Perfect as daily shoes or travel shoes. :)
Regarding the jacket, I normally wear a size M-L and the vest fits perfectly as well, while the layer is a bit too thight. I can only wear the NS60 layer with thin clothes underneath. I can't wear the layer with too big sweaters or thicker jumpers. I think I should have bought a XL-size layer. So probably the vest and layer size don't match perfectly, or at least not for my body type.
So I suggest getting a bigger size for the layer compared to the usual size you wear then.
But, both the vest and layer and very comfortable, the materials texture feels great, they are very lightweight which is great for packing and travelling, and finally some pockets that I can actually use and fit things into! The pockets are actually really roomy and great.
I also love the fact that the vest is extendible. I am sure that am going to use this vest all the time.
One small improvement that I could see possible, but that might be just a personal preference coming from the fact that I live in the Arctic Circle where we have months of darkness: I really appreciate jackets when they have at least some inserts, logos, lines, zips or really anything that is reflective (for safety reasons, when wearing them on dark streets). I think this could be an easy improvement for the future :)

£1.99 delivery charge is fine. £8.68 to return the trainers via EVRI, when EVRI would normally charge £3, is NOT. They have lost a customer.

These days you can tell a lot about a company based on its customer support and sadly this was not a good experience. The bag was not as expected and organising the return was painful. On their website they only give the option to return via their chosen method which costs £9 and shouldn't cost more than £3.50. You do require a printer and no QR code will be provided. When I asked for the return address to arrange the return myself they would not accept this. It had to be via their method only. It was a lot of going back and forth which gets tiring. i would not recommend dealing with this company.

The order came faster than said. Shoes are very light and they fit nicely.
Havent tested it out for a full hike because it is too cold atm. But im excited when I am able to test it!!!

BEWARE - do not buy! I ordered a £160 coat from these shysters (reduced from £250!!) and their Evri courier left it in the street. Now they are refusing to refund.
