From start to finish, the service was outstanding! No matter how many questions I had before visiting, the team were always helpful, professional, and attentive. When I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, smiles and even a cheeky Peroni…which instantly made me feel at ease. Every member of staff genuinely cares about your experience and goes the extra mile to make your visit enjoyable. The selection of luxury watches is fantastic, and if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for (as in my case), they’re able to source it within just a few days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently purchased my first luxury watch from this company and the service has been nothing short of fantastic. As I couldn’t make it to the shop, I ordered online and had all of my questions answered quickly over WhatsApp, which gave me real peace of mind. They even sized the watch for me, and it fits perfectly straight out of the box.

Delivery was fast, it arrived the very next morning at 9am, nicely packaged and presented. I’m also very happy with the price I paid, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, excellent service, smooth process, and a company I would highly recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish! After trying to locate a particular watch for my 30th I managed to find the exact one I was looking for at Trotters, Louis was really helpful had all the details as soon as I asked, he showed me a few options to help me make my mind up and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase which made my decision easier, the watch was resized and ready to go whilst I waited, thank you so much I wouldn’t go anywhere else now 10/10 for customer service and experience

I bought a 18k date just ladies Rolex for my wife the lads at trotters was fantastic had to have extra links Callum sorted it no problem would highly recommend great selection and prices very pleased thanks lads

Very bad experience they didn’t understand that if they changed the dial themself it doesn’t make the watch factory as they stated. Charged me for a good condition factory piece and when they were confronted about the matter they didn’t want to accept it until I got black and white proof from the original retailer in America which cost me a couple hundred and when I asked for compensation they shrugged it off like it was nothing. Extremely unprofessional and inexperienced for a trader who has been in the business for 30 years.
