The best thing about this pillow is that it comes in a little travel case and is so light and portable. Therein lies a trade-off, it does not support the neck in a way that’s very comfortable, at least for me. I think I prefer the three-pronged pillow for comfort, but that’s less portable. I’m glad I have it as an option but the hunt continues for a pillow that will make sleeping in economy more comfortable.

Very speedy and professional replies, and helpful information

Although I was sent the wrong colour in the item I ordered, the customer service was faultless! The speed of response from raising the issue was a service that I’ve not received from any other company that I’ve dealt with before. Polite, professional and courteous customer service.

I bought my Trtl pillow about 12 or so years ago, and it's still as perfect as the day I bought it. It works 10,000 times better than those U shaped airline pillows. If everyone knew about the Trtl pillow, those U shaped pillows would stop getting manufactured. I have slept like a baby on hundreds of flights in that time. As of August 2026, this company hasn't been bought by private equity, so the quality is probably still great.

Getting a response to the contact form, in short time, was great. Your representative listened to my concerns about the size, suggested an alternative (which, to be honest, I would have followed if I hadn't already purchased the Junior size - and love it). I will absolutely recommend the trtl company to anyone and everyone!

Very prompt delivery. Product feels well-made. Haven’t tested it yet on a flight but it’s easy to wrap around one’s neck and is very comfortable. It’s also an attractive colour.

I bought 2 of the turtles for my holidays in September can’t wait to use them although my husband and I have tried them out at home and are very happy with them and so comfortable.

It clearly states, "Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout." However, this only seems to apply within the EU. The online store removes VAT for all other countries, but little Norway is expected to pay the full price and then pay VAT to Norway again. Considering the prices they are already charging, that is hardly appealing.

They get two stars only because they responded quickly, although their replies come across as if they may be using AI assistance. We'll see whether they accept the cancellation of the purchase now.

Very quick response time and not hard to complete the return

Overall a great experience. Shipping was fast, returns were easy and free, everything arrived as expected. The only weird thing was the response from customer service when I requested a return of one of my items. It seems like it was definitely not written by a human because it suggested things that didn't make sense based on my original request. For example, I had said I was returning the trtl pillow plus and keeping the trtl pillow original, and the care team response suggested that I instead opt for an exchange, exchanging the trtl pillow plus for...an original. Which I already had, because it was the other item in my original order. If an AI is writing your customer service responses, perhaps keep an eye on it.

Answered my email promptly and is sending a replacement order.

Not owning a printer I had to ask my local print shop to print the return label for me. Unfortunately this proved to be quite difficult as trying to share to their email wasn’t successful eventually it required an airdrop their email address to enable printing. Maybe bearing in mind not everyone has a printer a QRcode would be more user friendly.

Great product, but also a great customer experience. Had an old address linked to my Paypal so I reached out to Customer Support to update the delivery address. Jacqueline and Ceejay made quick work of this problem and resolved it easily while keeping me updated along the way. Thank you Trtl Support Team :)
