Super quick response and hassle free solution. The parcel disappeared shortly after it was delivered. Customer service sent a replacement without any issues, even making sure I received it before my next trip. It arrived within 2 days!
Excellent service! Can’t wait to use trtl pillow on my next flight.

My wife and I have used Trtl pillows for several years and enjoyed some decent well supported sleep while doing so.
The fabric is comfortable and the plastic inner frame is well designed and very supportive, regardless of how you sleep in an aircraft chair.
If you are lucky enough to be flying business class and have a lie flat bed then you obviously don’t need these, but if in premium economy or economy they are brilliant.
If your head nods forward, no problem, simply wear the Trtl under your chin. If your head slumps to either side just adjust the Trtl to the side and your head is equally well supported.
I feared that after some heavy use over several years the cloth would be fraying or the plastic frame weakened but I am happy to say that is not the case and would highly recommend Trtl pillows.
The phrases ‘good but not cheap’ and ‘you get what you pay for’ apply here.
We are getting them ready for our next (overnight) long haul flight in November in premium economy seats and looking forward to some well supported sleep.

Product did not arrive on time

Just was wondering where the return to you guys was cause it looked like it had been in limbo for 9 days. Contact was awesome nice direct and quick. Once I had send a picture with proof of postage the refund was alrdy being pushed through. Thanks again!

Never received the item. Customer service "Ceejay" felt like an AI bot. The order I placed got messed up because of a "Glitch". It was stuck in processing, I waited almost a month and then I had to contact customer service.

The item I wanted was now out of stock. The option customer service offered was to replace the items with a different sports team and color scheme. A human would know not to even offer a different sports team to the customer, felt like a prepogrammed generated answer.

To make it right I suggested to replace with plain color travel pillows cool as that would be neutral. "Ceejay" said that would trigger an additional charge because there was a price difference in products because the product I placed an order for was on sale and out of stock. It was the same physical product just without a college logo and design on it. That wasn't a sufficient answer after the wasted time and the emails felt insincere and AI generated.

I wanted to try the item, but the customer service was quite terrible after the "glitch" caused a months delay. They only offered expedited shipping for a replacement that had a different team logo on it.

I asked for a refund, I felt that this particular customer service representative was not going to rectify the situation.

I received the item quickly and it seems comfortable to wear when I’ve tried it on. I have several long trips coming up so will review it when I’ve used it.

Terrible, look at their website where it states returns -
NOWHERE DOES IT TELL YOU HOW TO RETURN THE ITEM. I've emailed and contacted them via their contract page. I suspect they have zero intention of allowing returns.

As for the product it is extremly unconfortable. It is way too tall and I bought the one you can adjust thinking it would be a better fit, it's not. It is not soft at all. Completely misrepresented on their website.

It's a product that deserves zero stars. Don't waste your money. If I manage to get a refund, I'll let you know. They are making us pay for the return shipping because they know people won't want to keep it! By making us pay shipping they cover their costs when it's returned.

Create a better product and one that actually is what it says it, then you might not get so many returns.

Yes, I can definitely vouch for this! 🙌 I recently ordered a TRTL bundle with one Original and one Plus for our upcoming Europe trip. I’ve tested them at home before travelling, and I’m genuinely impressed with the support.

The Original works perfectly for me and gives my neck really good support. The Plus wasn’t quite the right fit for me personally, so I contacted TRTL about exchanging it. Their customer service was absolutely excellent — 10/10! The exchange process was easy, straightforward and hassle-free, which made such a difference. It’s always nice when a company actually stands behind its product and makes things easy for the customer.

One thing I would definitely point out is that there is a technique to wearing the TRTL pillow properly. When I first tried it, I had to play around with the positioning a little. You need to align the support properly against your neck and make sure you’ve found a comfortable position before you wrap and secure it. If it’s sitting in the wrong spot, you might think it doesn’t work or isn’t supportive enough.

My advice is to give it a few goes and move it around slightly until you find your sweet spot. Once I figured out exactly where it needed to sit on my neck, I could immediately feel the difference. It definitely works — you just need to get the hang of the positioning.

Sadly not what I expected. The neck support isn’t comfortable and can’t see how it could be supportive during a long journey. I feel quite disappointed having bought two of these!

I reached out to inquire about the warranty on my VERY OLD purchase of a Trtl neck pillow which I actually liked as a product. I clearly specified the purchase was a VERY LONG TIME ago. The agent was quick to respond at least; however, she had me find a ton of information including the original order number, my address, order date etc. After all that research, I was informed that the warranty period (which is not listed in their FAQ's or at least not obviously so) was 2 years. She could have saved me a lot of wasted time by saying that in the first email.

I had to contact trtl with a question regarding my travel wrap. They responded so quickly, and I found them eager to make certain that I was a happy customer. I am very pleased to discover this company that does care about their customers .
