I purchased 2 cases with the belief that both were brand new and not knockoff items.

Neither item came in original boxes

The Griffin Survivor case was not cut properly with the silicon overlapping and not fitting my iphone at all. The Otterbox openings were not in the correct place for the volume keys. This case did not close properly either.

Items are not real. When I tried to exchange for another; I did not get a response nor did I have the opportunity to plead my case. Buyer Beware!!

Ordered iPhone 4-4s lifeproof case and received counterfeit case for completly'different phone had one already and this is not one of them save your money buy the $7-8 ones or a genuine $80 lifeproof case tried to contact them with no response after about 20 emails and'30 phone calls better business bureau no way good reviews on here no way has to be the scammers running this delinquent company making reviews appear to be good not so much

I bought cords and docks for my family phones, from 5, 5s and 5c. the charger and docks will not work. My son's phone even said that the cord I was trying to use was not compatible. I am now out 70 bucks because in the fine print of true accessory there is no return on apple ware.

Good selection for cases and other main accessories. The order arrived on the expected date and all the cases were great. No trouble at all with the ordering process and the customer representatives are quick to answer and very professional in their replies. I would come here again for sure.

I placed an order with Trueaccessory and paid double for expedited shipping. My item was sent first class mail and I asked for my shipping money back. I own a shipping store and know what shipping cost. They made an extra 9 bucks for what they advertised as expedited shipping and did not send my item expedited. Their response back to me was read our policies. The policy basically states they don't care what you pay for they will send it how they dang well please. My order was received 9 days after it was placed. When it arrived the otterbox had no packaging and no instructions for an IPhone 5C. I watched a U Tube video to find out how to use and it did not fit. I took the phone and the case to an iPhone store to make sure I was installing correctly. It is a defective case and does not close according to the professionals. I immediately tried to communicate with Trueacessory and to this day I have received NO RESPONSE from them despite a number of e-mails. There is not a phone number to reach them or a return address.

We saw some great deals on the higher end type of cases for iPhone 5s here and have it a shot. We bought a few griffin survivor cases and an Otter Defender all for probably half of the price at the cell shop near me. We got it in literally 48 hours from when we checked out. No issues with installation or use on anything. This was a great find. They should carry some more types of things though since the product line seems pretty narrow but for cases they seem to be the kings on the web.

The most friendly and professional service people I have ever dealt with. I bought one Otterbox Defender case and one Tough Armor shell and they both were delivered on time and all around perfect. Great merchandise and great prices. I will be back to buy again from here real soon.

We all bought Otterbox cases after hearing nothing but good things from our friends and family about them. After researching we found the best price on True Accessory and placed an order for 5 Defender series cases. They all came fast and were top quality cases. No worries about anything here.

I purchased 4 items from this company which included an iphone 5 case. The case was received broken and I tried to contact them several different days per their policy with 1st being 1 day of receiving items and they never replied. With days ticking by and no reply I realized how unethical they are because by the time they decided to answer the time frame for returns would have ended so I decided to return the all the items with tracking on my return to the address on the envelope items received in. A couple weeks went by and no credits or contact from them. I finally emailed them and they told me "there are no returns as stated in their terms and no authorized records from me therefore no credit or exchange can be given and they did not receive my package and read their return policy." Of course they had no records of authorization because they never answered me. I then emailed them a couple weeks ago with a copy of my shipping label and confirmation it was delivered and still no answer or reply. They take your money for purchases but that is the end of the deal, no satisfaction. I make 90% of my purchases online from all over the world and never had an experience like this one ever and will never buy anything from them again!!

We ordered 3 times so far starting last year from this merchant. Each order went smoothly and the orders arrived very quick and were always sent off right away. Our emails always received replies in a few hours or so and they helped us with all our questions so we could pick the right products. All in all we rate this site as one of the best in terms of price and service.

They delivered my Lifeproofs in only one business day which even surprised me. They sent it within 2 hours of my payment so that was definitely a treat. I got some free technical help with my cases without any delay too so I couldn't be happier. Its a no brainer where I'm gonna shop for my iPhone gear next time.

These people have come through time and time again with the best price for what I've needed. I switched phone models 3 items in the past year and each time I got all new cases and cables from them. They are always fast and reliable and have lower prices than the other sites I used to buy at.

I was attracted to this site by the low prices and ordered a few cases. My only gripe was I needed next day delivery and they didn't offer this option for me. I did get the package in the mail in two days from the time I ordered but I think they should offer express in the future. The cases worked fine and look amazing so as far as that goes they're good to go.

I was skeptical at first since I never tried this site before but I figured I would give them a try. The overall savings was about $25-30 compared to the next best price I could locate on comparison websites so I was impressed with everything. I would recommend this site to friends and others for iPhone accessories.

We were pleased with the fast service and quality phone cases. The cases matched those from Radio Shack and weren't used or scratched in any way so the deal was pretty nice considering how much we saved over the local store. They were very friendly on the phone and sent us updates without any delay for all status changes and delivery info.

Bought three Lifeproof Fre cases and a couple of defenders from here and got it in 2 business days from the time I put the order through. The cases all were just like the ad said and fit the phones good and worked on all functions. The only thing I would add is I wish that the selection was a little broader on their site, we couldn't find some models and products but for what they do carry the prices are very good.
