SCAM company. Hiding behind items being on sale so you can never return for refund and so that paypal will side with seller if disputed. Not replying to emails. Fake reviews on sites. Item can be found on Aliexpress for pennies, the seller puts a sticker on the box with the true beauty glow brand name. When the scam was exposed via paypal dispute the seller agreed to refund if the items were returned but he never did refund. Return address is the seller's house in the USA! He will not pay for return shipping and Paypal cannot make him so at best buyer is out of pocket for return costs. Paypal forced full refund in the end and reibursed return shipping but process took weeks. Very well thought of SCAM.

Total Scam - Do not purchase from this company!!! I ordered a true beauty glow for my daughter for Christmas on 12/18/24, it said item should arrive in 5-7 business days. The website says 24/7 customer service and 100% satisfaction guarantee. On 1/7/25 I still had not received my item so I sent an email (because that is the only way to contact them) I received no response. Then the item finally showed up 2 days later and did not work. The packaging wasn’t even wrapped in cellophane like most new items are. The bottom was off center and there was no logo and writing anywhere on the device. I tried turning it on and nothing happened. I tried charging it for over 2 hours and still nothing happened. I emailed the company for a 3rd time explaining that the item did not work and I wanted a refund. Still no response. Finally on January 18th I put in a dispute with my credit card company. Once I filed a dispute I suddenly received a response from true glow. they wanted me to send them a video of what’s wrong with the device which I did and after several back-and-forth messages of me telling them I want a full refund the thing doesn’t work and they kept telling me we understand your frustration. did you try doing this? Did you try doing that? Please explain in detail what’s wrong… After explaining over and over to them what was wrong and insisting I get a full refund they continue to tell me they’re just gonna send me another device. I don’t want another device because I know it won’t work either because this company is a scam not to mention I already purchased something similar from another company because this was a Christmas gift that my daughter never received on Christmas so I had to replace it with something it is now February 16 and I just received another email from them telling me they will either send me a new item or issue me a partial refund. This is total BS Do Not I repeat do not order from this company.

Scam product. It doesn't work as advertised and it comes in a shitty box from china. Also took forever to arrive!

Placed my order in December 2024 never received. Disputed with PayPal and apparently they have tracking information but cannot provide a delivery address, as it hasn't arrived at mine. No response from the company via their customer service email at all. Extremely dissapointed and out of pocket

My package was lost but excellent customer support, they shipped a new one immediately. Thanks to Alex my mom received her birthday gift.

I love my LED device. There was an issue with it and they sent me a replacement right away and it works perfectly.

All over the website, it boasts 100% satisfaction guaranteed and 100% free returns and refunds… Buried in the exceptions clause is that it’s non-refundable if bought on sale. The product is ALWAYS on sale!! Don’t shop here. They refused my unopened return but offered me a 30% refund instead.

The website also shows a Washington state address and US phone number. You’re not purchasing a US product here. It ships from China.

Same problem as countless others. Product stopped working, no replies to emails, only replied when i went through credit card company. Asked me to send videos, which i said no to, complete invasion of privacy. They then said they don’t refund a sale item (they are always on sale) I have quoted the distance selling regulations and the fact the product is faulty. Still awaiting a reply. This company is a scam, avoid. Also, so sick of being scammed via social media adverts they need to sort this out!

Total scam of a company. My product does not work. They will not replace or refund. They only answered my emails (18 days later) bc I disputed with my credit card company. When I told them it only holds a charge for less than 10 minutes, they told me that is how it’s “supposed to work.” I wanted to return it, and they said I couldn’t bc their policy states no refunds on items that are on sale. And it’s ALWAYS “on sale.” Stay far away.

This company will rip you off. You can get the same device on any number of Chinese websites, including AliExpress for $11 or less. It doesn’t do anything, it is plastic, doesn’t heat up, vibrates a little bit, but it is basically a joke. It doesn’t do anything that they claim that it does, and when you tell them that you want to return it, they won’t take it back because they tell you Bought it when it was on sale, interestingly, enough, they constantly run sales. See how that works? They never have to stand behind their product. You’d have better luck buying a similar device at the dollar store, it would probably be better quality.Hope y’all go out of business sooner rather than later. Cause you’re stealing from everyone. Cowards.

This company is a Joke!!! My product never worked , never heated, never vibrated!!!
I sent several customer service contact emails to no avail! They are basically stealing your money!

Absolutely useless. They claim the order from my daughter has been delivered but it has not. They provide an invalid Amazon Shipping tracking. They have £60 of my teenage daughters money and have not supplied the goods. Never ever buy from them.

Bought directly from the website haven’t got the product advertised, ignored by customer ‘service’ be wary of this company - go elsewhere

This is a scam product. It is a cheap product from China with a true beauty glow sticker. Says easy returns but then they say can't return as it's a sale item. It is always on sale. They then said could only return if it broke, it was broken so they ignored me. Put a paypal claim in and they sided with me as this company is a complete scam. If you want one get one off temu or amazon for under 10 pound.

The product stopped working after 1 full charge. Emailed and was asked the same questions again and again. Wish I'd read the reviews first!!!! Definitely not the cheapest option but definitely the worst!! Even sent video proof of it NOT working. Shouldn't be allowed to trade if they don't replace or refund faulty products

SCAM- AVOID. The packing has a “True Beauty Glow” sticker slapped on it. The device lights up but does nothing else. I’ve contacted the company 3 times with no response. I finally got a response from them after escalating a claim with PayPal. After resending them pictures and videos and keeping my PayPal claim active, they finally agreed to refund my payment. Which they did. But it’s still a scam. DO NOT BUY.

The product is not as described. The massage features doesn’t actually work, it vibrates for one second here and there it’s not constant enough to make a difference. The USB chord also doesn’t work. Emailed them proof of all of it and they won’t give a refund because it was ‘on sale’ they are always on sale.. so don’t listen to the website you will NOT be able to return it if it’s showing the (permanent) discounted price. They do not care.
