Orderd and never received!!! Emailed over 5 times, never been answered. Rude. I want my money back.

That’s a Scam! Avoid like the plague!
They don’t reply to emails, you can’t contact them elsewhere. Their instagram page has comments blocked and they of course don’t reply to DM’s!!!!
Never received anything from them and I am trying to get my money back with my bank.
Just a headache!

Product doesn’t work. Won’t even charge. I reached out to customer service 3x and have had no response. Don’t waste your time on this company or product. Pure scam!!

Horrific customer service! Lies about return policy. My product has never taken a charge and the asked for a video to prove it. I supplied a video and now have gotten radio silence. I feel like such a sucker this thing is junk. I use lasers in my profession and the weight of this alone is obvious that it is junk and doesn’t do anything besides waste time and money.

I purchased the Device Dec 11th, it took about 3 weeks, but it just stopped working. I've contacted the company 3x with zero response even though it says 24/7 customer service. I did see a difference when using it but I feel I've been scammed with a cheap device.

Very cheaply made. Ugh I hope it works.

I purchased the product, and after receiving I attempted to return it. Customer Service was poor, no response to any of my emails.

They sell fake versions, I bought the face massager. It was a Temu product not the quality product they advertised. I got a full refund through PayPal. Keep away from this sight

Box came in from China. Separate from the oil. Seems poor Quality material. Sticker with TRUE BEAUTY was placed on the box crooked. Definitely reconsider this purchase as it might be a scam.

Ordered a facial massager yesterday and cancelled my order almost immediately within the same minute. I sent 2 emails requesting for a full refund so they do not dispatch the item. They’ve completely ignored my emails even though their policy online says cancellations are acceptable.

Do not buy from this company. They’re a scam and I’m not even the first person to say it. Just a shame I didn’t read the reviews or search the company properly before ordering.

Also check their Instagram. The fact that they hidden comments on every picture says something.

I'm leaving a review on here because the True beauty glow site didn't post it. I'm not sure if this device is effective, I've only had it for a week. My problem is that while I'm using it ,it turns off after 5 minutes. I left 3 emails for customer service, no one ever responded

SCAM!! How do I know this is a scam? Because the product doesn't work, they are ignoring my emails event though I have done exactly as they have requested per their website for a refund/exchange, and isn't is obvious enough when every other review besides the 1-star SCAM reviews is a 5-star. THEY ARE PART OF THE SCAM. My next step is calling my credit card company. BEWARE!!! Do not purchase from this company! Everything about it is a scam!

Scam. Generic item with a sticker on the box. Item has no labeling and doesn’t match what I ordered.

I purchased the device and brought it on a 4 day business trip. I used it every day. When I got home my husband said, “your skin looks great!” I used it again that night and he said, “I really see a difference in your neck and cheekbones.” It’s now part of my daily routine. Even the lines around my mouth are less noticeable.

Received counterfeit item marketed as True Beauty Glow (TBG) device but in actuality, it is a $30 Amazon knock off device. TBG literally put a sticker OVER the product name and is reselling for 3x the amount. This is a SCAM.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ITS A DEFINATE SCAM. Received mine today after 7 day wait, cheap plastic rubbish. Doesn't charge, doesn't work, looks nothing like picture on box, ABSOLUTE RUBBISH AND A SCAM PRODUCT BE WARNED !!!

U go on the official site but it's not.....I received the product but the same model is on amazon.....true beauty glow generic.....it has no logo on product and the packaging and instructions are cheap....please do not buy from this place

I would give a 0 if I could… don’t buy from this place, I sent several emails to customer service they didn’t respond once. I requested to cancel the order one hour after I placed and they just decided to ignore it the request. There are several reviews in different pages stating the same plus stating this is a scam company, unfortunately I didn’t see the comments on time. If you are interested in buying this product you can buy the same one in amazon for half the price and at least you know the customer service will respond.
