SCAM I ordered 3 weeks ago and have msgd many times . They have not even sent the product, these other review are decoys

Due to no goods turning up despite several emails chasing I'm told still in transit yet the priority 5-7 days has well past, I have requested a refund but instead they want to offer discounts. After speaking to my bank thus shipper has all the characteristics of a scam.

This product is very cheaply made and widely distributed. They simply put a sticker over the factory description of the item with “true beauty glow” on it. They said satisfaction guaranteed on website but when I immediately asked to return it, they wanted me to send a video of the product and then told me they don’t do refunds on sale items- but this item is always marked as on sale - so they catch their customers in a catch 22 of deceitful website wording. I have disputed with my credit card after they stopped answering my emails. And the machine itself makes me feel seasick when I use it.

I just want to cancel my order - loads of reddits and fb comments about the tool literally shocking people. This company has used avoidance tactics when I requested (no doubt trying to make sure the order is sent so they don’t have to cancel) and now is ignoring me outright. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SUBPAR PRODUCT AND BASICALLY STEALING FROM PEOPLE. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

UPDATE: Still no response to my request to return the items from my order. As far as I'm concerned this company stole $110 from me. I'm going to try and warn as many consumers as possible on all the socials.
ORIGINAL POST: Do not order from them! !! The tool was delivered but the serum never showed up. Per the tracking it’s sitting in GA for weeks. In their reply to my email they insisted the serum had been delivered then provided a screen shot showing it was still in transit! I asked for a refund for the serum but got no reply. I am going to return the device which is useless without the serum. Worst customer service ever!

This is a scam. These reviews are fake.
I no longer trust 'Trust Pilot'

I’ve been using this product for only 1 week, and I’m already scared to use it again - I now have a big red spot on the left cheek and I see some irritated vessels. It does not look like it’s just a spot, I think it will not go away:( I wish I could upload a pic on here but it doesn’t look like there is an option to do so.
I don’t think this product is safe!!

The device works so well with the conductive gel! It glides smoothly, and I can feel the EMS working more effectively. My face looks slimmer, and my skin feels amazing.
