I had a bad and good experience at the same time.
Bad - When I placed my order, I ordered three things. When I received my receipt, I noticed I paid for four items. The fourth item was for something called “Package Protection & Sustainability × 1” for a grand total of $2.24
What the heck is this? THEY ADDED this to my order automatically or automagically because I did not order this myself!
How deceptive it this? Yes, it was only $2.24 and I could easily ignore this, but no way.
I contacted customer support and after I called this to their attention, they quickly refunded my $2.24 charge.
So why give them a 2 rating?
Clothes are a 4 out of 5 - a good fit and nice material.
Business Practice (of adding a charge for $2:24) for something I did not want, did not select or did not know until after I placed the order - 0.00.
Customer Service- a 5/5 for quickly fixing a problem THEY created. Good job True Classic.

The “Package Protection & Sustainability” option is something that’s available at checkout to help cover orders in case of loss, damage, or theft in transit. It’s included as an optional add-on, but it can absolutely be toggled off at any time before completing your purchase.
That said, we never want anything to feel unclear or misleading, and your feedback here is really valuable. I’m glad our team was able to quickly get that refunded for you, but I understand the frustration of having to reach out in the first place.

a bit confusing about sizing but happy ending
took a while to sort out sizing from pre purchase to end when t shirts arrived (sick shipping !) but I did end up with a an agent who appeared to be a real person :) and I was happy with this company's service and resolution

Clothings are great BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY VERY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Clothings are great. I purchased at least 36 units for my hospital work. Great materials. My first trial the shirts were a size too small ordering online. I’m so busy couldn’t come after a couple months. Eric at the Store in Fashion Show was So welcoming and super nice. That’s a human touch that we lack in online shopping. Jana the store manager was super nice and have been very courteous to my family and my daughter. She was very nice with other guests too. I left my number in case the pants size I need arrive and they will call me. Thanks a lot!

Great company….i went into your Southlake Texas store where the salesman was friendly and helpful. I purchased 4 curved T’s and some long sleeved curved shirts. Please make some two button polos with a curved bottom….they are great for golfers

Best customer service…
Bought my hubby a white true classic Tee for Christmas and in typical fashion he didn’t try it on for two months. I figured it would be too late, but True Classic was excellent with their customer service . They quickly sent me a return code and I was shipped the new size right away. My hubby loves these tees.

Martin was awesome. He was super patient and helped us get the best deal. He ordered an out of stock item to be delivered to our house. It was great to be able to try on sizes in the store rather than order online and hope it fits

Ordered four BLACK long sleeve tees
Ordered four BLACK long sleeve tees, the fit is perfect as it has been in the past orders, ( BUT ) Very disappointed in the Color this time ! Not exactly what I would consider black, I have a black tee from a previous order that has been washed literally a hundred times and it is still darker black than any of the new ones ! If this is the new black I’m sorry but I have no use for them. ( 4-11-2026 ) Very pleased with the timely manner that this issue was handled, received a replacement order that was in fact the rich black color that I expected, for an overall rating ( I love the fit and wear of these tees ) 5 Stars.
