I own multiple True Classic pieces and I can honestly say that the quality and design are EXTREMELY impressive -- and I highly recommend them to my family/friends. Recently I made an error when placing an order for a set of products, and shortly after contacting their customer service via email one of their team members reached out to me and we worked together to settle the issue. Their responses were timely and professional, and have left me feeing even more positive about the brand. Kudos to your organization for producing incredible products, backed by incredible customer service...you are doing things the right way and its most appreciated in this day and age.

I've made two purchases (and plan to make more in the future). In my second order, I had a polo missing. The packaging they shipped in was ripped open and the polo had fallen out in transit (other shirts arrived fine). I reached out to them two weeks after I had realized it was missing and they immediately sent me a new one.

My first orders of T-shirts and collared shirts were small orders, and I found that most of the shirts fit well and a few were a little too tight but not bad enough to send back. Since then I have ordered seven-shirt multipacks of T-Shirts and of collared shirts. In a pack of seven, two shirts fit perfectly, one was too big, and the other four were much too tight. (All were marked XL.) I returned the entire package.

I like the concept and would continue to order shirts if the fit became reliable, but as it now stands I won't be ordering more.

I am about to go to Southeast Asia, and unfortunately, I don't think y'all deliver to that area of the world. I canceled my Membership online, which was kinda sad for me, True Classic has provided me with tremendous Customer Service through my time as a Member and Customer, something that is very rare in this day and age.

I did not include my experience with returning a three pack of jeans. It was flawless, hassle free, and I had my new jeans within about four days. This is a good solid company that anybody can trust. Anybody.

Loose everything good about them after a wash.

Out of the packet they feel lovely and silky and look lux. After a wash they feel like any other t-shirt. And if you put them in hot water or a dryer they shrink so are no longer length (purchased the long tall ones for my partner).

They were very helpful and understanding of my situation. The relief of not having to deal with stress of dealing with incorrect shipping was extremely helpful. Great team!

Apart from the generally great product quality and updated product line ups (for elder millennials), their customer service is prompt to respond, including even refunds for defective products. I've been a frequent customer for years, and I'll be continuing buying tops from them for years to come

Customer support is outstanding. They went above and beyond to correct any issues that I had to ensure they delivered a quality product. I will be a repeat customer for that reason alone.

I have only had two issues, and one was not getting credit for a free item, which may have been a button I forgot to push, and they above and beyond fixed the problem.

I had a sleeve detach in the laundry, which is uncommon because we have purchased many items from their shop. They fixed the issue and replaced the shirt promptly without me having to jump through a bunch of hoops. And I did provide pictures of the damage, but didn't have to bother sending it back, which is great since getting to the post office can be a chore.

There will always be hiccups no matter where you shop, but their quickness to make things right gives you confidence to buy from them. We enjoy their products. The shirts, pants, double lined shorts, and so on. We will continue to buy from them knowing if there is an issue, they will fix it.

I purchased an item and it did not fit correctly. I emailed the help desk. I was provided a response quickly. I was compensated for the item that did not fit in a manner that shows True Classic values their customers and puts them first.

I had ordered for the first time with them. Unfortunately, I bought t-shirts that couldn't exchange, and bought them one size too small. I wrote customer service, they replied the same day saying they were gonna send me new t-shirts with the right size even though I was the one at fault. The t-shirts are well made and good quality and their serveice is as good.

They have won me over for life
