I signed up for an All Access annual subscription in January and paid $99 instead of $249, and I'm rather disappointed. Here's my impression in bullet points: - The courses for ear training and... See more

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service: swallowed up the jamplay site and deleted parts of it without warning.
The best that I know of.
Wide and deep range of material from many world-class artists, and five star customer service. Highly recommended.
Don't pay attention to the ESW- review
Don't pay attention to the ESW- review. It's clear that he didn't even bother to check the application, because when you click on the menu there is an option called "Learning Paths" that displays various paths that students can take to learn the guitar, from beginner to advanced. These paths are divided into Bass Guitar, Blues Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Rock Guitar, Jazz Guitar, Country Guitar, and each path provides lessons to learn the guitar in a coherent way.
Not even remotely worth the money
Truefire is essentially a collection of disconnected short tutorial series that have no relationship with each other. There's no cohesion between series, and no path for progression. Every series is a dead end. The interface is a mess, and customer service is nonexistent. In a world where there are literally tens of thousands of free instructional videos of similar or better quality online, Truefire offers absolutely nothing of value for your hundred bucks.
Very good experience with True fire.
Great Service
Great Service, best guitar instruction site on the web. Gives you tons of styles and genres to choose from, and the teachers are top notch. It's hard to believe they have such great names as Tommy Emmanuel and Greg Koch on their roster.
The layout is a mess
The layout is a mess, I gave up before I even picked up my guitar. Theres too much to choose from with no apparent structured path.
Excellent, best online guitar and I've tried them all
Excellent, decided to take the leap and try truefire. More expensive than most but more than worth it. Excellent courses and instructors who explain everything in really simple terms. I would say their learning paths are far better and more structured than most others, I've tried fender play and guitar tricks in the past and found them quite good but not good for more advanced players. Truefire I'd say is for all levels but unlike courses like fender, guitar tricks, Justin and Andy Guitar they are able to take you truly from beginner to advanced.
Long term truefire user
I've used truefire for 11 years and I've never run out of courses to try. The in house truefire instructors are excellent at explaining things and the courses are extremely well thought out and always make me want to learn more. The celebrity instructors are also so inspiring, I'm a jazz fan so I love seeing Martin Taylor and Larry Carlton here.
I couldn't recommend it more.
Spam alert
If you give them your email they keep spamming you, I have unsubscribed several times and still it keeps coming. Had to mark them as spam in gmail in the end and checking my spam folder they are still sending several everyday
Great company to work with and amazing…
Great company to work with and amazing guitar lesson library. I don't know of any other resource that has so many high quality lessons from top players.
