very bad customer service
very bad customer service. As everyone else has mentioned great product, but very bad customer service, ignored, product damaged furniture and was told to just wash it off. I was not looking for anything in compensation but an apology would have gone a long way. I will not be using going forward, shame they employ such rude people.

The true grace Amber diffuser smells lovely.
I wouldn’t recommend the oud hand wash and crème smell is poor and the handcreme doesn’t make a difference.
I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great products - but their customer service is dreadful. I emailed about a faulty product - and received no reply, then politely nudged and again, no reply. At best: unhelpful, at worst: plain rude.

I am rating a recent experience which is what the review requests. The True Grace products are absolutely beautiful but the customer service in my recent exchange was incredibly disappointed. I had a large and expensive four wick candle glass bowl crack completely. I was told that the item was no longer available snd that it had been, I would have been sent a replacement. As it wasn’t, I was offered a 10% off my next purchase. Unbelievable! Didn’t even sent a ‘small single wick’ replacement. Very poor.
