I had a serious product quality issue with an item purchased from a store and reached out to this company for support. What I experienced was nothing short of shocking. Despite being a long-standing, loyal customer, my concerns were completely dismissed by Zabrina, the co-founder and Chief Product Officer. Her responses showed zero empathy, accountability, or understanding. There was no attempt to help, no offer of a fair resolution, and nothing to acknowledge the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company focused solely on procedure, repeatedly asking for documentation I could not provide, while completely ignoring the fact that I had a legitimate issue. The entire interaction felt dismissive, disrespectful, and utterly cold. I was made to feel that my loyalty, my time, and my money meant nothing to them.

This experience has left me furious and deeply disappointed. I regret spending a single penny on this brand. Their attitude is unacceptable, and they clearly have zero concern for customer satisfaction. If you value being treated with respect, if you value your time, your money, and your loyalty, **stay far away from this company**.

There are far better alternatives that actually care about customers, including Nuudgum, Peppersmith, and Chewsy. Unlike this brand, they take quality concerns seriously and respect those who support them.

To the company: this behavior is unacceptable, and dismissing loyal customers like this will damage your reputation. Potential customers, beware—this brand shows no empathy, no accountability, and no respect.

TrueGum chewing gum products are excellent. I use them daily. I love those long-lasting flavours! I have ordered them directly from TrueGum and I'm happy with their customer service, orders have arrived quickly. I recommend TrueGum chewing gum products to everyone who cares about their teeth and prefers natural products with ingredients that are not harmful to you or to nature.

As well as the stickiness, bits of this disintegrated in my mouth and got stuck in my throat. Even long after I have spat it out I have a horribly uncomfortable feeling in my throat of something being stuck and it gives me a tickly cough. I have a dry mouth at night since having cancer treatment years ago, and started using this after making the switch from conventional plastic gum, and it has really disturbed my sleep. I also worry it is not safe to have bits of it lodged in my throat. It makes it hard to breathe when I’m lying down.

Def good enough to choose as a plastic-free gum alternative.

Flavour doesn't last long but as someone who bought it for concentration only I'm not fussed. It is also only a small amount, sometimes I will take 2 at once but I also do that with regular gum. Other than that, perfect! I have never had a problem with it sticking to things as I throw it away like some other reviews have, and only once or twice out of 3 packs have I had it be sticky in my mouth. I have never had it fall apart or dissolve, so they must have fixed it with the new recipe. I am so happy to have found this!

Truegum dates are absolutely amazing - they taste as real candies - cinnamon, cooky taste etc. Healthy, with amazing taste being a true guilty pleasure after morning coffee!

I adore Truegum, as they are plastic free, what is amazing and tastes are just magic - my favorite are Ginger, Cinamon, Raspbery. Not too intensiv, but tasteful enough to keep my mouth busy and me calm for a couple of hours

I have tasted all the different flavors, but keep returning to (Matcha) Mint. It has never disappointed me, and keeps the same great taste for a longe time.
I’m pretty sure that with the variety in different tastes, everyone will be able to find their own favorite.
This, and so many other reasons, makes True Gum the world’s best plastic free chewing gum.

They used a bad carrier to send it to Italy, it took 3 weeks, and arrived the evening before I left in another household somewhere in the city. They left me completely alone, ignored my emails to help me find the package, and now I do not have the package and am in another country. 0% support.

Excellent gum and customer experience

I absolutely love the cookie dough dates. They are a great healthy sweet treat. My kids love the sour watermelon ones! I will be ordering more for sure.

TRUMORA GUM -SCAM
I ordered this gum mistaking it for NEURO GUM - As probably intended, as the packaging is very similar.
On receiving the item I realised my mistake- so thought I would try it (ordered 18 packets (9 gums per strip) for £34/3 Boxes. On trying it - not chewy, grainy texture - leaving a burning sensation at the back of your mouth/throat) which eventually passed. Gave it 30 mins to work - No effect -Does not do what it is advertised to do..
1st money £34.44 went out of my account on 23rd of July. Today I found £43 had gone out of my account on the 4th August ( 3 Boxes arrived today) .. I did NOT put in a 2nd Order. I have E-mailed them to to return All .. as advertised 30 day return Satisfaction Guarantee. States: “If you are not satisfied with our product,we will offer a full refund, No questions asked “

The problem is the stickiness. I tried to remove the gum into a tissue and ended up with it all over my hands.
I made a conscious effort to buy an environmentally friendly product, which was 3 times the price of my usual brand.
I removed it from my mouth whilst sat on a train journey - ended up with it everywhere. It just doesn't come off. My bag, purse, book, sunglasses, tissues, hands - everything had smears of this vile, sticky glue. I don't know how this product ever moved from testing to production.
I hope the manufacturers can work on this issue - I really want to support eco-friendly companies, but this was just disastrous.

I tried 1 package of True Dates - Sour Apple from a friend, and fell in love with them. Thereafter, I brought 12 packs of True Dates - Sour Cola, Licorice, and Sour Apple flavors. All were incredible. Great flavor, a more healthy alternative, and rich in fiber! My 4.5 year old loves them like Haribos! Thank you True Dates! What a terrific invention. Shipping and ordering was easy!

I’m so impressed with this company! I tried their eco chewing gum and date snacks, and both were absolutely amazing. The chewing gum is refreshing, plastic-free, and lasts long enough. It feels good to finally enjoy gum without contributing to microplastic waste!
As for the date snacks – LOVE them!! They're naturally sweet, perfectly chewy, and make a great healthy alternative to overly processed sweets. You can tell they use high-quality, real ingredients with no weird additives. Overall I love True Gun commitment to sustainability. It’s rare to find a company that gets both taste and ethics right – but this one does it perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone who cares about health and the planet!

Haven't got it to try yet but ordered 2 weeks ago and shipping says still in CHINA. how do u sell a product in the US and then takes a month to get here, from china.

Quick delivery, surprised high quality

Flavour was great for about 30 seconds, then bland. But the worst was the gun sticking to my teeth. I'd like a plastic free gum that didn't do that.
