We love our harness. It's so easy and simple to put on and off. Athena will see it and sit right away to put it on to go for our walks. I also love how you can personalize them.

Waited a long time for delivery. Hasn't helped the pulling problem. When I let her off leash ,she came back to me with the harness dangling around her neck. the latch doesn't hold. I'm not happy!!

Bought two harnesses for my two dogs - both have backed out of them making them totally worthless to me.

I ordered my harness Jan.6 2021 and recieved it Feb.26. Way too long waiting for a harness that amazon sells for half the price. I can not comment on quality but it looks nice.

I am not happy. Why? Because my order, placed Jan. 22, 2021, for a personalized TrueHarness and leash has not arrived, despite being scanned as "delivered" to my mailbox on Feb. 13. Can I prove that it was indeed not delivered, other than the fact that the harness and leash are not in my hands? No. Even the post office is saying that their delivery was made on Saturday, Feb. 13, as it was "scanned" by the driver. But interestingly enough, earlier in the same day, the same tracking system showed (via text) the package bouncing between Hebron, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio, at the same time it was enroute to being delivered. So...where is it? I ordered a TrueHarness because the website said it was made in the USA. Then I discover through the tracking system that my order arrived at DHL - an international carrier - where it languishes for 6 days before being sent to USPS for delivery. Why was it in the DHL facility for so long? Did it have to wait to go through Customs? At this point, I am asking for a refund for my order - or, at the very least, a replacement of my order. I am so disgusted.

Ordered harness for my dog on Jan 16th, 2021. It is Feb 22 and I’m still waiting. Customer service keep telling me to allow 10-20 business days for delivery. It’s coming from China and not from North America as advertised. I keep getting their marketing emails, asking me to share a photo of my dog in his new harness. That’s just not going to happen. Yes, it was an impulse buy and yes, I regret it.

I wish I could give them negative 10 stars. The harness is not from the US. I still have not received my item yet. I ordered January 3rd. Still has not shipped from China. Oh by the way they took their money January 3rd. I have tried to get answers and all they say is sorry it will be there. I will be contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Recently ordered the extra large bed for our dog Maisley, a 65 lb Bernice.
Bed arrived today in a postal plastic express bag for sending small stuff. This bed was jammed into it and definitely affected the product.
The bed is NOTHING like the picture. Costco sells a bed for half the price and much better quality.
No way would I recommend this. The bed is fine for our 4 lb dog but not even close for the Bernice.

Love this place and their customer service is second to NONE!! I ordered a Harness which was personalized, but I received part of my order, but not this. Katie contacted me and kept in touch while I waited for my purchase to arrival. As I expected, the harness was amazing when it arrived and Katie, true to the "Trueharness" superb - customer service way, alerted me to let me know it arrived!! I rate them number 1 always and will continue to shop from them!

At first I really liked it having his name on there and everything and easy to put on. but the Velcro wears out very easily had it less than a year and unfortunately my dog pulled the ring right off the harness and ended up in another dogs yard being attacked by the two of them and was injured. so I do not recommend it also it takes forever to get it I don’t know where it’s coming from

I love it !!!!!!!

After trying 5 different harnesses we finally found one that actually fits a Chihuahua/Dachshund. It is well made and the handle on the top allows the pup to be lifted up. The design is perfect so there is no choking and the pet is able to be lead rather than the dog leading its owner.

Very poor quality. Velcro wears out and lets dog loose. Takes forever to get your true harness. Not a very True Harness. Do not buy one.

The harness’s are excellent .. we bought two, they slip on and off easily .. fit our dogs perfectly and work wonderfully we love them! The company is great they get back immediately and were super nice and helpful.
I do have one edit since my review My one little tiny dog about 7 pounds has had her front legs slip out of it a couple of times.. i’m not sure this is perfect for a very tiny dog

I bought 2. One of them comes undone when dog lunges. Velcro doesnt stick well and latch comes open. Customer service is awful. Warranty period 7 days!!!

The dog harnesses are fabulous..we love having their name's and phone numbers on them !

I ordered just before Xmas, was worried as it had not appeared. However it arrived today. It is wonderful, fits perfectly, I am impressed with the quality. Well worth waiting for.

I have a corgi and every time he tries to run and I tug on his leash, the harness comes undone and he gets out of it. The latch will not stay closed. This happens every time I tug at his leash and I've only had the harness for a month. I complained to customer support and they said they will send a new one for half price, but I'm not sure I want to waste more money!

My dog Willy is 21 pounds and is a Jack Russell/Rat Terrier mix The second time I took my dog out with his new Trueharness was terrible. We were passing two ther dogs the same size and they all started barking and the next thing I knew my dog had pulled out of his harness and was attacking the other two dogs. I was in shock I could not believe it. Something is not right with this harness, I can’t seem to get anyone to respond to my e-mails. At this point I definitely would not recommend this dog harness.

Totally a great product! Looks fantastic, easy to adjust for fit. Safe for animals. Shopping takes some time but is very worth the wait. As advertised, good communication,through the sale, before and after. Consider one for your pet! You'll be glad ya did! Chuck Roberts.
