It’s a scam
It’s a scam. They got my payment authorization via a site for free online courses. They used a pop up that said it’s how I can access the study materials and my card will not be charged. Days later my card got charged of course.

Stay away from scammers!
They hacked another site (secure electronic document signing) and tricked me into paying one euro as a test for an additional signing service, supposedly from the site I was using. Before I knew it they charged me 38 Euro for subscription I never requested or authorised. Real crooks! Stay away!

Misleading
I am not supposed to be here but I need this Trueplayer to refund my money, thus, here I am leaving a review. I did not experience any good service from this site because in the first place, I was mislead with information of paying something for a gift which turned out to be a subscription/payment for this Trueplayer site that I do not even know what for. This site actually used an online shopping site primarily for clothing. I asked for a refund last July 12, 2024 but it's now January 2025 and they are asking for a review first before giving back MY MONEY that they took because they mislead me. WOW!
