I purchased an item using a 20% ' first time order' discount coupon. Order #575945 was placed on December 22, 2025, and the coupon was applied. After organizing the shipment fee, I noticed the 20% discount had been removed after completing the transaction. I'm fortunate to have been paying attention. I called their customer service and they tried to remedy the issue by trying to draw me into paying on yet another transaction that would have resulted in an even further debit on my bank account.

An incredible shopping experience, the order arrived in record time. All thanks to excellent service by an administrative staff named Betsy, who was very kind and attentive. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a company that puts the customer first. Incredible terpene quality and a natural product. In my opinion, unparalleled in the market. With a wide variety of products. A true pleasure with every purchase.

They talk the talk very helpful when your looking to buy from them they can't give you enough information but soon as there products arrived they were terrible zkittlez smells like dish washing soap and the bubba Kush smells like celery and vapes taste like celery 🙉 they don't even resemble these profiles in anyway and the customer service is terrible now 🤣 scum

I cannot recommend TrueTerpenes highly enough. Have used them for a long time. Always arrives fast. Have now set up a business that will include a line of terpene infused products and would not go elsewhere. All round 5* from me, honestly couldn't think of a bad thing to say!
