Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Not one person can do their job correctly from technicians to representatives. I had a 6 month service plan, 3 out of those 6 months the tech did not do what he was supposed to. Called and told the reps, they sent out a free reservice but yet charged me one of my devices. When I called about canceling service because they were so terrible I was supposed to get a full refund for my last month which they are now telling me that I used all my services. Do not use them. If you do and have video camera, check to make sure the tech is doing exactly what they are supposed to. Thank god for my cameras. I will never use them of recommend them to anyone. Worst ever!
