Only Technician who took time to help!

First of all, I want to say thank you to the young man Trevon Brown. He came out twice to my home in one day, the first time we were not home, I was quite upset because we are loosing 2 of our evergreen bushes due to the drought. Trevon went out of his way to take time and give me tips and pointers on how to better care for my bushes and trees. He was respectful, kind and thorough, the only technician who went out of his way to help and give recommendations, and I am very grateful!

We had trugreen come out to spray our…

We had trugreen come out to spray our lawn and the guy just went around the edge of our front lawn then rested longer than the trip around the edge of the lawn was. My yard is 30X40 and once around the edge is not nearly enough. I sent the video to management(Mike shue) and he said he didn't see anything wrong. So I went higher to the general manager and he didn't even want to see the video. He just wanted to give me a free treatment to stay with this deceitful business. Stay away from this business. Very deceitful practices that are okay with management. BEWARE

Will never use them again...

New customer this year and I paid for entire season up front. BIG MISTAKE. Now I can't reach anyone, promised dates of service never happen and the two fertilizer/weed applications haven't worked. Their promise to come out for additional applications if needed is a joke. I have been trying to get an additional application for over a month, with two dates promised but no one showed up. Thinking about taking them to small claims court. Finally treated the weeds myself yesterday.
