TruGreen Tree and Shrub burnt and killed our 30 foot legacy arborvitae by spraying during the middle of a very hot day. 90 degrees. It was dead within 5 days. A "specialist" should know to spray in the morning when temps are in the 70's mid 80's! We'd give them zero stars if we could. 💔

I have used this company for about one year. Lately, I’ve noticed that they were not doing what I was paying them to do. Last Friday I had a service tech show up, got a text he was at my house and 6 minutes later, leaving. I was paying to have 10,000 sq feet treated. I called and complained. Tru a green rep I spoke to said they would come back for free Tuesday. Tuesday the tech showed up, again I got a text saying he was here. I walked to a front window and he never got out of the truck. 2 minutes later he drove off doing nothing. He and the tech Friday was to spray for weeds and fertilize. 2 different techs and both were to treat my yard but yet they were charging my card each time they came out, doing nothing. Do NOT use or trust this company. You would think that after a call the next tech would have gone above and beyond. Didn’t happen. Theft in my opinion. I called Wednesday and was refunded, I’m told and I terminated them. My yard was not wet nor did I see any fertilizer on the concrete. 10,000 sq ft and something done in 2 minutes? Hate to say it but these techs ripped me off I’m sure in the past and I didn’t catch it. Pay attention to their arrival time and departure time you should be getting for treatments. Venture to say, I’m not the only customer getting ripped off. I live 30 minutes south of Dallas Texas in Waxahachie. Not dullas
