My technition. Fantastic service!

I've used this company for decades. Their service has be going downhill for several years. I have contacted their customer service and expressed my dissatisfaction, however, this year was the worst. My lawn looked horrible. Neighbors that had no service looked better than mine. It was a chore to get customer service to actually close the account and it could not be done online. Once it was cancelled, the still showed up 2 weeks later and applied product to my lawn. The technician had no idea what I was talking about and I subsequently got a call from the local office that was not aware of the cancellation.
Poorly run company, Poor product. Stay away. There are plenty of other options available.

I gave TruGreen almost 2 Years to get My Lawn looking Presentable. I have Finally Spent Enough and Attempted to Cancel My Service. I have called once a week going on my 4th week now. After telling the rep i wanted my service cancelled I requested an E-Mail Confirming the Cancellation, they said it would take 24-48 hours. I waited the 24-48 Hours and then would call back and ask yes i would like to see if my account is active or not and they would say yes its active, which clearly show the last person i spoke to didnt cancel as i asked. This has been going on for almost 4 weeks. Then i get a call from some Idiot i think he said His name was Orlando and after i tried to explain why i was cancelling and what i have been going through trying to cancel it He says well now that you are done Ranting and I went off on His Dumb azz and He Hung Up on me. Do yourself a Favor and dont waste your Time with this Rip Off Company.
