Trugreen is a scam

This company is a joke, they've killed my lawn. They sent a manager out today to look at it. After crawling around on it a pulling up blades if grass,, says it has a disease and we water wrong. They've been treating it, why is it diseased? Have been watering it the same way for years, never looked like this. Trugreen killed my lawn, they are a sham company, and won't give me back my money.
