We back it all with our TruGreen Healthy Lawn Guarantee." The truth is there is nothing personal or tailored to your lawn needs. Their applications are all structured to be averages based upon local agricultural soil characteristics and only when issues arise will they respond, provided you can get them to respond. I have been a TruGreen customer for over a decade, the last two years have been disasters and only due to a very open and honest discussion with the manger of the local branch am I continuing, however after yesterday's Soil pH/Lime application I am again concerned.

A representative of Trugreen sped through my circular driveway, running over my hedges. I have video evidence from two angles. I contacted support to address. I never received a call back.

If my rating could have been 5 negative stars it would have been. My lawn was beautiful this spring. My husband has always done our lawn with Scott’s forever. He had to have 2 surgeries this year and was unable so hired Tru Green. Biggest mistake of our lives. You cannot reach the person in your area. You are on hold for hours I just don’t understand why this company is still in business. I wish I had read reviews before. My stupidity. On August 2nd we noted small patches of sod webworms and called that day. Was told someone would be out. Well on August 13th a young man, not our usual one, came out sprayed we don’t know what because no papers were left or signs placed on the lawn.by the time they came however it had spread terribly and half my lawn is gone. Called from NJ and got a man with a southern accent.very nice but not who we should be dealing with. Then of course got an automated call. Your second application was applied today. That was on August 26th. NOT A SOUL CAME. LIARS,!!!! My husband was in the yard at the time he supposedly came I was in the living room reading with my front door open facing outside. There was no one ever. Then on the 27th supposedly we had a treatment also bogus. Again no papers left and no signs on the lawn. The applications are useless all the way around. Customer service is God awful. Wait times are horrendous and never ever a follow up as they promise.
It is nothing but a sham of a company making money for nothing.

True green is waste of money. They do a horrible job. Do not tell you the right thing. I just lost 7 trees in my yard. Took me 4 months to get someone on the phone. The person who comes to spray knows nothing. The area manager who eventually showed up and had no answers or resolution. Looks like sales and service do not talk and in the process I have lost my trees . Spent thousands of dollars to remove trees and thousands to get new ones.
Total scam!!
