BEWARE: When you hire a treatment plan for one year it is actually a LIFETIME PLAN THAT YOU PHYSICALLY HAVE TO CALL TO CANCEL, IF THEY LET YOU CANCEL. I thought "auto-renew" was only for the Department of Motor Vehicles. Very dangerous company and they will hang up on you for asking about your bill.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Too bad I can't give no stars. The local Rochester New York office has no management/customer service skills. I have no issue with the techs that do the actual service except for the one that burned my lawn last year. If only the company had repaired it properly without me having to call this whole growing season. Horrible service.

TruGreen over applied fertilizer/weed control to my lawn.
TruGreen over applied fertilizer and weed control to my lawn then denied it. They applied 3 applications in 30 days. I initially called and they denied it. Then I left a message for management in Rochester NY and sent emails to report what they did and to date have not heard back from them. Web info advises if over fertilized/weed control to water heavly. Tru Green said they do not water, even after I told them I am out of town and the water is off at my house. Again, they applied 3 applicanions in 30 days. I have ring camera evidence as well as their service statements. Waiting for my bluegrass sod to die.
