Would not offer refund on underwear even though not worn. Size was much larger than usual Calvin Klein XL size so needed to return.

Trunks arrived in an unsealed box. Immediately contacted Trunks and boxers by online form and email asking for return and refund, or exchange. I have had no reply in over a week.
