Trupatriotic is Pants!!
This company appears to be a total rip-off. They have enticing advertisements showing fantastic clothing which, in reality, is actually cheap rubbish. They claim to be owned by British Veterans, which looks highly unlikely, and they do not want any responsibility for defective products. Avoid them like the plague. I should have known better than to buy, but i hope i'll learn. Beware!!

The T shirt size was far too small
The T shirt they send out was the wrong size, and needed to be either refunded or a much larger size send. How ever they said that irt would not be in my interest to return it as I would be liable for the postage if it wasnt a quality problem. and they said I should give it a way and they would give me a 20% discount on any thing in their shop, whats alll that about?
Don't think I can afford to loss £26. wn't buy again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Finally resolved
Initial delivery went missing, replacement sent which was clearly from China. Sizes are too small so attempted to return but company would no longer reply to any of my emails. Eventually after many weeks they did reply and offered me free replacement items. It was another long wait but in the end the correct sized items arrived. So a long drawn out process of many months but got what I originally ordered in the end.

Avoid at all costs
Extremely bad product, I would recommend steering well clear of this company. Design is not as advertised, material used is the cheapest garbage available and the sizing is a joke. I would never trust them to supply another item.

I have since received an email from these people offering to try and resolve this situation, I replied within 24 hours and have heard nothing since. These people are just playing lip service without any intention of improving or resolving issues. The title couldn't be more accurate. "Avoid at all costs" or you will end up very disappointed.

Not happy with quality
Ordered a casual polo style shirt with Spitfire logo. Arrived within 10 days but despite "patriotic" label packaging is Chinese, quality is poor, cheap synthetic material.

Terrible quality
This site is a complete scam. The goods come from china not from veterans working in the UK. I ordered a polo shirt for my husband (Royal Navy veteran). Ordered on 16/05/25 and didn’t receive it until today 09/05/25. The quality is terrible, sparky nylon.

I was initially a bit dubious on buying from this company , I’ve just looked their company up on the official gov website for PLC’s . I very much doubt it’s run by veterans and ex UK forces , I’ve waited over a week and I’ve asked them by email to kindly update me on my order in regards to shipping ETA . Very lame response with no direct answer . I’m beginning to wonder . . After reading some of these reviews I’m hoping I haven’t wasted my £56 quid on a couple of T shirts . If what is being advertised is false , and the experience’s other people who’ve commented on here about their orders is parallel with mine , they will hear about it .

Terrible tshirts
Took absolutely ages to get the T shirts... When I received them I was so disappointed... They are cheap not even cotton t shirt material.... My son is in the forces and I'm too embarrassed to give to him as they were a gift... This is not British site as the shirts came with Chinese stickers all over them and certainly not worth £40... Wish I had seen these reviews before... So disappointed
