Bad quality

I have only had these vaneers for 7-8 months, barely wear them and they already have a crack in them between 2 of my teeth. They are actually coming apart. I do not eat in them or drink hot liquids while wearing them at all. It kinda sucks now because my husband who purchased them for me is out of almost $200. That's with already getting 50 dollars off for writing a good review before even receiving the vaneers in the mail. They made me feel good about my smile for a little while but now it seems that the feeling is fleeting. I guess I either have to spend over 200 dollars every 6 months or so by purchasing through this company or move on to another company that makes them with better quality materials. I think that I am purchasing my new set elsewhere!

Buyer beware

Ordered Veneers before I went to the dentist, since I had to get a tooth pulled. Did the impressions of my teeth sent the kit back. Went to the dentist and they ended up giving me a partial, tried to cancel my order for a refund, since I no longer needed the veneers. Even asked if they could deduct what the kit cost and just refund the rest, but they we’re completely unwilling to work with me. Now I’m out $230 and no veneers. Buyer beware

To clarify, your order was placed on March 22nd, and as per our refund policy, once impressions are received and processing has begun, our billing department is unable to issue a full refund. Even so, our team did everything possible to assist you beyond policy. We offered to move forward with the bottom veneers, which were fully accepted by our lab, and provided multiple complimentary upgrades and free kits to help you make the most of your order.

We also reached out several times, including a detailed email on September 17th, and received your reply on October 3rd. We completely understand that life can get busy, and our only goal has been to find a solution that works best for you.

To ensure this is resolved properly, one of our supervisors will also be reaching out to you directly to help find the best possible resolution and make sure you’re fully taken care of.

Life Changer

Trusmile veneers changed my life

Trusmile veneers has helped me gained my confidence back. I had missing teeth that really made me feel insecure. I would cry when I looked in the mirror and was embarrassed to do anything. I couldn’t afford to go get traditional veneers or an implant so I searched online and came across trusmile. I learned that they had good ratings and lots of video reviews to show me how the process worked and how the veneers looked. I ordered my kit immediately! Customer service was fast and very easy to contact when I had questions. They were very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. I got my set and I can’t express to you enough how amazing they look. I’ve gotten so many compliments and can finally smile again. No more hiding, no more tears. I feel pretty and confident again. I am so thankful trusmile offers veneers at a very affordable price and an awesome trusmile fit guarantee. TruSmile is the best!

TruSmile has completely changed my life! I have so much confidence now and their customer service is amazing. I have a missing front tooth due my tooth breaking off as a child and my crown failed. I'm only 26 so it was hard not being able to talk or smile. The impression kit is easy, and they update you the whole way. They are a perfect fit and easy to talk in, I forget they are there! Thank you TruSmile, I will recommend these over any other temp veneer.

Shortlived

I give them a 2 only because when I first received the product they were very aesthetically pleasing, and I got a lot of compliments. However, they lasted less than 6 months!! For the price this very disappointing. I didn’t even wear them daily. I didn’t eat with them & they were stored in the case so I’m not sure what happened. I reached out to customer support & was advised they only cover 4 months so there would be an additional cost to remake them. A 4 month warranty is not only ridiculous but it is clear based on where they broke they were defective. Other companies have much better policies so I was disappointed. I had high hopes based on reviews & my first impression.

Your veneers were originally manufactured, shipped, and marked as received and signed for. When you let us know you hadn’t received them, we immediately advised filing an investigation with USPS. Regardless of the outcome, we went ahead and remade your veneers for you at no extra cost.

Your new set has been ready since early July, and throughout this process we’ve also provided multiple upgrades and accommodations to support you. Since your order was placed on a two-installment payment plan, we do need the second and final payment cleared before we can ship out the veneers, as outlined in the plan terms, and we've been actively communicating with you to find a resolution for you again.

We truly value you and have done everything possible to make sure you’re taken care of. Once the final payment is processed, your veneers will be shipped right away.

Looking good!

My veneers have come in, & I'm pretty happy with them! They were late coming; I think something fell through the cracks somewhere, not a big deal. I emailed the company & they very kindly got that resolved & then sent my veneers overnight so they'd get to me as quickly as possible. They fit well; when you first try them on, they look incredibly fake, so you might be in for a shock! The important thing to remember is that they are different to what you've been seeing in the mirror your entire life. They won't stand out to strangers as much, & you & the people who know you get used to the new look pretty quickly. They are softer than I expected, which is a good thing; I'm not nervous to crack them if I grit my teeth together like I might have been if they felt as hard as porcelain. I'm deducting one star because the tops of the veneers don't meet my gumline; there is a little gap that I don't see happening in their marketing images. This area doesn't show because my lips don't lift above that line when I speak or smile, but it would be a problem for me if they did. That makes it glaringly obvious that they aren't my real teeth. I considered sending them back for the one free remake, but I fear that if they went up any higher, it would be too difficult to get them on & off, & then I would be really stuck. Since the gap is small & doesn't show unless I go out of my way to show it, I'm fine not taking the risk! Overall happy with the purchase, & feeling much better about my smile!

I ordered the veneers in late October…

I ordered the veneers in late October 2024. The kit arrived in December, and I followed all the instructions and returned it. I also emailed pictures of my mouth/teeth. They notified me that they rejected my impressions, and I had to buy another kit for $25 (which I did and still have). But I saw a pattern emerging: they would keep rejecting these impressions and asking for $25 each time to try again. As I'm a senior on a fixed income, I decided to cancel and get a refund. I sent emails and made calls, but was told I could not get a refund after 14 days. I did NOT see anything saying that on their order page, or the page of their 3rd party payment processor (Shop.com) page. I disputed it with my bank 4 times, where after explaining the situation, sending screenshots of email threads and writing an affidavit, I was denied Everytime. As a disabled senior on a fixed income, I can't afford a $225 loss. They offered to give me half my money back, claiming the other half was for "processing". For what? They didn't begin producing the veneers, did not lose any material, nothing. Their refund policy is unfair and deceptive, and I would not recommend this company. I refuse to do business with people who are not trustworthy, or use deceptive advertising. It's all about money, not customer satisfaction. Go deal with "Pop On Veneers", better customer service, although a little more expensive. I'd give these people -5 stars if I could!

UPDATE: I just got off the phone with this vendor. They offered me $186 of my $229 purchase, and would refund the $25 for the kit I bought if I sent it back. I agreed. Then they said they would process the refund if I took this review down. I advised that when I received the check, I would do it. I was then told by their policy, they can't process the refund until I delete the review. After some lengthy back and forth, I told the vendor that if they emailed me proof that my refund was initiated right now, while we're on the phone, then I will delete it. They refused.
So an hour of talking and we're nowhere. I don't trust this vendor; if I hadn't written this review they wouldn't have contacted me at all, and just kept my money. I believe I have a right to protect myself from people I don't trust. So now, this will get posted to my 11,000 followers on Facebook as well.

We’d like to clarify the timeline and steps we’ve taken to try to resolve your case.

Your order was placed on October 18th, 2024, and your impression kit was returned and they were unfortunately not suitable for production, and because you completed them independently without live guidance, it is not uncommon for adjustments or retakes to be necessary. For this reason, we provided detailed feedback and instructions, along with the option for additional support to ensure your next set could be approved.

You later purchased a second kit but chose not to complete it, and your request for a refund came more than two months after the original order was placed. At that point, it was outside our 14-day refund eligibility period, which applies to all orders equally to ensure fairness and integrity across all parties. Despite this, we made multiple offers to assist — including flexible upgrades, complimentary services, and even an exception for a partial refund — but these were declined.

The last update we sent to you was on January 10th, after which we did not receive further communication from you. When we reached out again, it was solely to try and find an amicable resolution that worked within our policies. At no point did we require or demand that you remove your review — our focus has always been on finding a fair solution that addresses your concerns.

We understand that this experience has been frustrating for you, and our only goal has been to resolve it in a way that is fair and transparent. We remain willing to work with you directly to find a resolution you’re comfortable with.
