Mine's an extreme case of multiple broken and missing teeth. I searched for before/after pics of cases as drastic as mine & couldn't find any. I purchased a top arch with the express option, & was prompted to take several detailed pictures of my mouth to ensure I'm a candidate. A week or so later, I was given the go-ahead and told to bite into the impressions in the kit I'd received. The impressions were accepted, & I expected to receive my veneers 2 weeks later, as this is the timeframe for the express option, but I finally received them almost 4 weeks after my impressions were accepted. Despite the anticipation & waiting periods, I'm quite happy with the end result. I don't know how I got thru my adult life til now without this appliance. This is the cosmetic effect of what tens of thousands of $ in dental work & painful oral surgery looks like.

I really love true smile I’ve been with them along time they always are quick to respond when you need them and friendly and are so nice to help with any problems you have and just so amazin.

Very affordable and they look terrific. I couldn’t be more happier with them. They were delivered in record time and the fit is perfect. A couple of issues. 1- Do not pay to expedite. It is a borderline scam. I was proactively reaching out to make sure they had my photos etc. to make sure it was as fast as possible, mentioned I’d paid the expedite fee, and automatically got all the equivocation— we have 48 hours to respond to your email, expedite starts from when we accept your impression (which can take a min), expedited doesn’t take into account shipping time— it’s clear their CSMs deal with unhappy customers who have paid this fee and want the 2 week turn around advertised. Second issue is offering a discount to incentivize positive reviews. I wondered given my experience why there were such glowing reviews… I think this has something to do with it. Last- the product itself is so clearly fake. It’s not natural looking at all. Very plastic. Like Halloween vampire teeth minus the fangs. What I learned is there are no shortcuts, and I’d be better off saving the money towards a more permanent solution.

The process was easy, I did the impressions, sent them in and my veneers arrived and fit perfectly! I can finally smile again and my confidence has increased 1000% because of my veneers. Truly life changing!

First off im a paying costumerand thisbis not a paid review. Well the impressions have arrived at the trusmile office, now the anticipation of getting my new veneers.The process has been really smooth. Iv ask a lot of questions, and have gotten a quick response every time. They have answers my question and added my notes to my file. The costumer service has been great.
