All seemed OK till i tried cashing out €15,000 which i won over an accumulation of wins. I was asked to provide KYC and sent accross my drivers licence. You're not going to win (big) here.
They're going to lie to you, manipulate and gaslight about certain things when communicating with them.
You're going to lose at this casino, slots are mostly dead.
Most of the reviews here are not genuine.
Find an actual big online casino (there are like 3 of them) and stay there. Genuine casinos are not going to re-open your account if you close it permanently - that's how you can check if the casino is genuine. That's where you're going to have those big wins.
Also this casino randomly blocked me in chat for made-up reasons whenever the little chat moderator felt like going on a power trip, because that is his whole life.
You've been warned, my hands are clean, have a nice day.

My statement of fact remains. These are all statements based on observations and experience. I did not lose my own money so they cannot accuse me of being a gambler and I am making up all sorts of claims that damage their credibility because I would have lost a lot of money. According to their claim, the system does not learn, but then why is it that the betting strategy that worked for two weeks became ineffective. If the system does not learn, then the strategy, my system, should still work. Am I right? I think I experienced that the winning generator is AI or MI based. Because while playing, it slowly learned and noticed my game strategy, so at the beginning there is still a chance of winning, but if you use a strategy regularly, the system recognizes it and bleeds you. From $0, I collected $25 with the gift and the won btc, then the system recognized my advantage and reset it. After that, winning became impossible because the winning generator was already working in such a way that my strategy became ineffective. When I asked about this in the chat room, my post was immediately deleted and no one answers. It is not possible to communicate with the operators. The page mentions the license of the company or website, saying that it can be viewed, but when you click on the link (button), it is not visible and cannot be viewed. This is my opinion and experience.
