Account blocked after winning a fair amount was fine up until then.
Account was blocked due to multiple accounts
Which I did have a old account that was permanently deleted by compliance team. And I even checked with live chat to see if that was a problem .which they stated that as along as you only have 1 active account it will be fine.
Seems like I did every thing sensible before I made a account but was done dirty to avoid playing me winnings that I had won fairly
I would recommend that trustdice changes it's name to trustdice until you actually win anything then we will take your money

A fraudulent company blocked my account and 746 USDT, citing duplicate accounts, but that's impossible. I only have one account, and it's unlikely any of my neighbors still play here. Im writing this with 25 years betting experience that this piece of sht company is a big scammer

My first day experience was awful and I just sent a request to close their shitty account.
First declined amount $41
Second declined amount $45
3rd declined about $55
4th declined amount $98
And I gave up.
Their support agents dont listen , they just tell stories and close chat in your page.
Let's go back to their feedbacks. If you give 5 star to them and send a SS to their social media , they will give you free speeds that's worth a couple of cents. This is how they get a lot of feedback from gambler addictions.
This was my last attempt on crypto betting and I got my lesson because all of them including this piece of s...t are big scammers. There is no way they will let you cash out your money.
