It is a scam
It is a scam! I have a Trustee plus account. I sent money from another account to my own trustee account. It worked out well but when I try to send the money back it eihter doesent happen anything or it says "oops it did not work try later or contact support". I have tried for five days now. I tried contact support, there support in the app was a joke. I also tried contact them via email but did not get an awnser. Same happen on facebook. I think I will take this to court if i do not get help soon.

Company is a scam , sudenly your account stops working and they say some hacker changed your phone number.
Even though if that happened they didnt even notify me , via email or message or phone call.
So there are two possible cases , either they allow someone take all my money without informing me , either they stolen it themselves , shame.

I have started using Trustee Plus services almost a year ago for travel payments and food expenses, never had issues but recently i am happy with the services, the only thing i will recommend to have a faster AML check in case the transaction or wallet get high risk score and a client has to wait for 7 working days to get an answer.

very bad experience with this company. I don't fully understand what kind of financial institution they are and how their payment processing works, but payments in online services happen every other time, and if the payment on some sites is unsuccessful, they simply write off the money from the card and do not return it. at the moment, for a month and a half, they have not returned 70€ to me, which they promised to return to the card within 7-11 days. every day they write that they are contacting the payment processor, and cannot influence the situation. be careful with this application, I do not recommend using it.

They delayed my USDT transaction…
They delayed my USDT transaction through AML verification(No other platform canceled transactions from this address). I provided all the correspondence data, tasks I had done (This transaction was a payment for work), but they canceled the payment and said they would refund the money. The money is not returned, they are scammers. I can not get my money for more than 10 days, and they write today-tomorrow.

The transfers work well (used NEAR network), the conversion in EUR is not possible directly from USDC, had to change in USDT first (that could be improved as it adds an additional fee).
Paying EUR with EUR goes at parity (no fees), paying in RON with EUR looks a bit more expensive than Revolut, however, there is VISA and here is Mastercard, if that would be a cause.
Anyway, could be improved. Would be great if they add USDC-EUR conversion and more currencies (RON could be one of them).
All in all, looks like a good alternative of spending crypto.

I'm using their virtual crypto card. I received a notification that someone made two transactions in Amsterdam and purchased two train tickets. I immediately contacted them to say it wasn’t me, but they didn’t do anything about it. I was bounced back and forth between TrusteePlus support and the merchant’s support. Both sides told me to contact the other, going in circles. Trustee mentioned they could only block the card. edit: Contacted Trustee, they did absolute nothing.

I have used the trustee wallet for almost a year I suppose since my last review of them.
First I started because binance advertised them when they stopped having their own debit card.
My funds from same source of funds where blocked 3 times and unlocked 2 times without any reason.
I am a aml specialist and I literally do this work for more years than anyone in the company before they even heard of crypto so the service is that bad, you can not imagine.
I urge everyone to not use Trustee wallet.
The verification itself is flawed. They do not have an AML verification. I have talked with whiterabit at a conference about their actions and they couldn't even understand why my funds are blocked, it is hilarious.
Except the situations where they have blocked my money the service is decent enough, but flawed in bugs and human stupidity. I can't find another word than stupidity.
I have checked their addresses, they accept money from swaps on thorchain from CP and many others as such. impressive job aml team, block my 50 euros

They are scammers!!
They are scammers!!! If you ever need to return money, they will simply tell you to handle it yourself - money that was lost due to their error (it gets stuck somewhere in the process and none of the companies receive it). They refuse to communicate with other banking institutions or assist with a chargeback. Even if you manage to figure everything out on your own and approach them with a request to return your money - they will first demand a 30euro chargeback fee and inform you that there’s no guarantee they’ll win the case or recover your funds. Essentially, you’ll end up giving them even more money.
This won’t be the last time you’ll encounter issues like this!!!
They don’t have any proper internet banking limits, meaning any company can withdraw money from your account without your consent or proper authorization.
Also, they claim that it's possible to withdraw cash from an ATM, but in reality, this isn't true. No ATM dispensed cash to me, even though I tried in three different countries. Their customer support couldn't tell me which bank or country I could use to successfully withdraw money. They just replied with generic responses.
Additionally, there are constant issues with processing, delays etc.
Don't recommend them! It was a waste of time!!

Don't use this app in any way, shape or form. I have been donating to the Ukrainian cause since the start of the war in 2022, i am a permanent resident there as well as in France. They denied me access and registration just because my nationality is Moroccan while they're promoting that their app is available for anyone. Bunch of racist scumbags !!
I have also heard terrible stories from users that their funds were blocked and some got even robbed.
Thankfully i am very happy with Revolut ! Go to hell Trustee shiiit !
