How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
They ignore your attempts to contact them.
I ordered 1 bottle of Serum C (30ml) @ $170.20. They placed that product on an AUTOMATIC MONTHLY REFILL which I did not request. I have received a total of 3 bottles (1 per month for 3 months) which I never ordered, for a total of $510.60 charged to my credit card.
They have ignored my requests to rectify this error. Therefore, I have no recourse but to notify my credit card company of this fraudulent activity and they will refund my money and cancel the payments to Truth Treament Systems.
In addition, I will notify the Better Business Bureau and also file a consumer complaint to the State Board of Pharmacy re Mr. Fuchs.
I also noticed on Truth Pilot that this exact same fraudulent activity has occurred to other Truth Treatment Systems customers.

Always excellent
This is a holy grail product for me and it's something I reorder consistently. I live in a really dry climate and the Omega 6 balm is the only thing that keeps my skin balanced. Plus, it lasts forever.
Pump Dispensers don’t work
I bought (3) honey cleansers and the new bottle pump dispenser doesn’t work. Have to open it and whack on the bottle to get to the product.

Excellent Skin Products
I have only been using the product for…
I have only been using the product for maybe 2 weeks. So far I have experienced peeling and dryness and I am okay with that because it is expected. It is starting to go away and I am waiting for result's— it’s too early to tell but so far I am happy because I like the fact that my old skin is peeling. I am excited for enough time to go by so that I can come back and tell my story. I have before pictures and would like to wait a few months so that I can post before and after photos. I am happy with the company and would like a recommendation for a moisturizer.

Love this brand!
I started using truth Treatment systems From a sample from my aesthetician with the omega 6 healing cream. I live in Colorado so my skin is always dry and I was using it in addition to my face cream. I signed up for their flash sales, which they have some awesome flash sales and from that I tried the trifecta. It was the first time I ever noticed my skin staying moisturized throughout the entire day. It is a bit oily, but I personally really like it. I also love the perfect dose spoon. I truly enjoy mixing the products together, It makes it an enjoyable routine. The customer service has been amazing and they were quick to replace a package that got stolen with no questions asked since I had the shipping protection.
The products are awesome
The products arrived quickly. I love the vitamin C. It’s given my aging skin a glow and it’s only been 2 weeks
