Never received my product. Then when I contact you about it; I get tols I should have purchased mailing insurance. What in the world...I get packages weekly and never a problem receiving. Please see my communications and money back please!!!

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, inconveniences with shipping as lost, damaged, or stolen packages are very common. For this reason, we offer multiple shipping options and some of them include insurance. Please check the shipping Terms and Delivery of each service with our Customer Service. Our Customer Service will place the claim with the shipping agent if the insurance applies to the service you chose and they will refund accordingly. Since we noticed that the claiming process with the shipping agents is usually long, they do not always approve the claims and they don't usually refund the complete amount, we offer Power Shipping Protection. With Power Shipping Protection we can immediately solve the issue according to the Terms and Conditions of our site and you don't need to wait for the shipping agent's long claiming process.

Loved the products...it's just so expensive. I can't have it as my everyday routine because of the price. That is the reason I didn't do a 5 star. I know they are concentrated and of a great quality..I just will have to buy on sale.

I love every piece of this product line…
I love every piece of this product line I have ever ordered. Customer service is great. I do wish the bottles were easier to read or marked differently so it’s easier to tell them apart as they all look so similar. I do like that the majority of them are in dark glass bottles. The rewards program is a little confusing at times and it’s easy to waste redeemed points if you’re not careful. That being said I’ve only redeemed points once so far. Overall, I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!

Incredibly effective products!!! I saw results almost immediately with vitamin C serum and just a few drops go a long way. I will never go off this product. Also the customer service has answers, one of my bottles arrived defective and they immediately answered my email. They were professional, kind and delivered pretty much the same way their products do, FANTASTIC!!!! Thank you Truth Treatment System!!! :)
