The email response from Diana, Joseph, Julia, Ricca, and Joey was timely and the offer was fair. I would like to be able to talk to a representative. The email process (I'm not on email all day but only a couple hours a day), extends the process.

Fantastic customer service! I'm slow in using my product so the auto-refill came a bit too soon. I reached out to Spartan to cancel the order. Patrick responded within a day, cancelled the order, sent me links to the site where I can control my account, and provided great advice regarding use. Too many online firms go radio silent when issues arise, not Spartan. Well done!

Spartan support was quick to respond to my emails and issued a refund for part of my order.

I received an email this morning that there was a shipment for more product was on its way. I emailed in that I did not need more product. The team of Patrick, Mhyca, and Veronica immediately responded and helped with the situation. They were very responsive and helpful. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced. Not only is Spartan a great product but this shows me they have an amazing customer service team.

I’m a satisfied owner of the SPARTAN red light cap and user of the Shampoo. Initial order and delivery was great. This review is for the red light therapy cap only. Two people in the family have been using it for about 4 months (one male, one female). Both have seen an obvious reduction in shedding as long as they use it consistently. One of them was seen by a dermatologist yesterday and told they have lots of baby hairs growing in (female). That person's weight also stabalized after weight loss so there is more than one factor at play. The other person has no other obvious factors that would have changed the amount of shedding. The dermatologist did say there is clear evidence red light therapy caps can help. Honest review. Real person from the US.

Your customer service representative named Veronica expedited the refund for a product/order line that was inadvertently duplicated when my order was initially processed.
