Needs some improvement
I like the fast and free shipping of Tryano, but there is two comments:
- The store could have more variety of brands.
- I ordered Some products which are listed available online but actually out of stock, had to be refunded, refunding takes long time, this happened two times to me ... online items availability should be updated regularly ...

Good delivery but no gift card
The delivery was quick so it was good. The delivery man also was patient when I said the item was a gift and to call another number. However, the item did not have the gift card that I added with gift message on the online checkout so 4 stars.

My worst experience ever
My worst experience ever. I spent 1250 AED to buy the La Mer Moisturizing Soft Cream. After 12 days of ordering, I finally received it. I opened the package so happily, and it was the wrong item!! They sent me the Moisturizing Cream. How is that even possible? I bought just one thing, how can they make that mistake? I told the customer service to just send me a few small samples from LaMer(which I always get when I go shopping in any department store) then I can just keep the wrong one. Or I can also return it. They insist on wanting to call me. But I have an infant to take care of so I really don’t have the time to do a phone call! Then I received email saying they arranged a returning of the product. No details of the time or date. Also, What if my money doesn’t return to me in a timely manner? So, I just want to be done with it. I will just have to keep the wrong one. I will never order from Tryano ever again! Nor should you.
