Started using my Byte aligners about a month ago. Very easy to use and lots of support offered by Byte team along the way! Love the pack that was sent to me and all the inclusions. Easy way to fix my teeth at home, without having to book in to see a dentist!

Byte was easy to order, quick to be delivered and the personalised plan made it easy to see where you were and where you will be at the end. I’m only 5 weeks into my 15 week treatment plan and can see results progressing already. It’s well priced and has great customer service whenever you need any assistance. Highly recommend!

My daughter is nearly halfway through her treatment and it has been great so far - not too uncomfortable to wear and I can see a big difference from since she started. You can barely see the aligners, and the Byte team have been very professional and supportive. Definitely would recommend it to others.

The entire process so far has been quick, easy and convenient. You are provided an advisor straight away to assist with any enquiries. I cant wait to start seeing my results.

So happy with the service and the how quickly my teeth are becoming straighter. Its such a simple and easy process.

I honestly can’t fault the product BYTE one bit, it has changed my daughters teeth amazingly. The customer service has been brilliant aswell. It was going to be a ridiculous amount more for what my local orthodontist had quoted so I’ve saved my self thousands with BYTE so I’m so grateful

I have been so impressed with the excellent customer service Byte has provided from ordering my impression kits, right through to receiving my treatment plan. Anytime I have had a question, I am answered promptly and enthusiastically. Everyone I have dealt with has been amazing.
I am also very impressed with my treatment plan so far. I am only 3 weeks in, but have noticed movement in my teeth already.

I only just received my aligners, however, the process before I purchased was incredible. I had two of the nicest representatives contact me and were there to answer all my questions and concerns before I made the decision. I didn't feel any pressure and only support. I am looking forward to beginning my Byte journey.

Every part of the journey so far has been super easy, I’m on week 4 of like 15 so still a way to go for the results yet. I’m really happy with the level of service you get especially as it can be via text, it’s just way easier to ask questions if needed. The aligners aren’t hurting me, they fit perfectly. I had a sneak peak at what my final aligners look like compared to what I have now and I can see the difference in what my teeth will look like in only a couple months. I’m stoked. I’d recommend the Humm payments also, I’ve found that to be as easy as Afterpay and Zippay. I highly recommend if the changes you’re needing aren’t DRASTIC. I’m fixing some crowding and some gaps that came in after not sticking to my retainer after high school. If you’re wanting to change a larger issue like an overbite (which I have but am not fussed on fixing) or extreme crowding I haven’t seen so many before and afters to show how perfect they’d come out. For things like that I’d imagine treatment would take a lot longer and it’s probably better to have check ins with an orthodontist more often for the treatment instead of a pack of aligners and off you go. They do send you a treatment plan which has a timeline view of start to finish what your teeth will look like in 3D, and that’s covered in the $30 odd dollars for the kit, so if you can spare that change to send in your impressions and get that it’s worth it in my opinion even if it is just to see if you can go this route. These guys at trybyte are real professionals. I went to wondersmile before coming here and they gave me a nine month treatment plan . Trybyte did it in 3 months. They know what they are doing.

I actually got a couple of imprint kits from a couple of companies. Byte by far had the best customer service. While looking they were middle of the range on price.

So far so good, 4 weeks (set 4) into my aligners and the process has been very straight forward. Aligners arrived quicker than estimated, and everything seems to be fitting well with a solid amount of pressure, no real discomfort noticed.

So far so good! Only on the 3rd set of an 18week set and I can feel that there’s been movement when I run my tongue across my front teeth. Experience has been very easy from impressions stage to now which is what I wanted. There’s some mild discomfort sometimes but nothing major and I know that’s normal; the hyperbyte machine helps with that too.

Items arrived timely, attractive packaging, excellent customer service, product works as described, only second week of use so can't see results yet. In terms of quality of dental information/guidance I am please so far. Great option for my moderately crooked lower teeth.

Have loved everything about Byte so far. I'm only into my 2nd week of treatment but so happy with the communication and product. The packaging is adorable and so thoughtful. Love your work

I’ve had Byte for 4 weeks and everything has gone relatively smoothly. I was sent a link to refer friends and receive a $200 Amazon voucher, only to find out it was US customers only, which soured my customer service experience somewhat. I questioned why I was sent the link and never received a response. UPDATE: Byte received out directly to apologise and explain what had occurred. They offered me a voucher to make it right. Fantastic follow up customer service!
