Great customer service and easy to get started

Byte has made the entire process of getting aligners so easy, and the customer service is amazing. I love having a personal representative as a contact point for any and all of my questions. I have never had to wait in a queue, online or on the phone. The impressions were easy enough to do and the instructions they gave were very easy to follow. I love the 3D model and seeing the difference that each step will make. I can't wait to get my aligners and am very excited to keepnworking with this company!

a great way to straighten your smile

This is a great way to straighten your smile. I only wear the retainers at night and there is no time wasted going to the orthodontist. The packaging is beautiful and is a great way to store all of your stuff for your new smile. The team is super helpful in getting you started.

Very easy to use

Very easy to use. Limited discomfort. Worked really well.
Need to be recognised by health fund especially difficult if paying by installement plan.

So far so good

So far so good! I'm on my 8th (out of 30) set of aligners and see marked differences already!
The processes, right from the start, up until now have been very easy to follow and simple to apply.
Can;t wait to see the end result.
P.S The BryteByte really works :) :)

Stoked with the Byte night aligners

I’ve been really happy with Byte Aus. All communication with the team has been easy and my aligners arrived ahead of schedule. I’m 8 weeks into my treatment plan now and can definitely notice a a difference. The night aligners have made the treatment really easy for me.

All down hill after sign up

Initial sign up process was fine but it has sucked after that. The Hyperbyte device stopped working and it took ages to get them agree to replace it. In the mean time there was no direction or support as to what I do treatment wise - despite me asking them specifically do I continue with the same aligner until I get a replacement, in multiple emails. Slow to respond or not at all. I'm nine weeks into my treatment and I'm not anywhere near where I need to be. Aligners stopped fitting since my teeth haven't shifted. Not worth it, go with someone else. Really wish I did.

Terrible don't trust them

Well, not happy with the treatment. The aligneres are not fitting well so they made me come back to 2 weeks in time and use the aligners for 10 more days, so it added a 1 month into the treatment. They claim that the teeth are tricky, yet this is what they sell a service for? Furthemore, they are by far the most expensive one as they claim to be the fastest, my treatment is now even longer than the competitor. They don't want to give me a discount nor a reinborsment and they say that this is 'common' so seems that the treatment they offer is only for you to buy it and then they extend it.

So glad Byte came along...

I am currently on week 10 of my aligner program and I couldn’t be more delighted with the progress so far!!
I use the night time aligners (10 hours each night) along with the hyperbyte for 5 mins morning and night.
My teeth were overcrowded so I wasn’t sure if it was possible for them to be straightened out but Byte has been amazing from the very start.

Great customer care, amazing product, a payment plan (and I saved $5k compared to a competitor) and way more comfortable than I imagined it was going to be.

So far, so good

I've had a wonderful experience with Byte so far. I have been using the aligners for 6 weeks and my teeth are starting to straighten before my eyes. The customer service has also been excellent. Can't wait to see my results at the end of the treatment.

My byte journey

I am loving my byte journey, I use the night aligners and really finding them fitting in my lifestyle. The only issue I have is for the whitening paste I love it, but to get more costs $49 per bottle which is highway robbery considering how much the aligners cost, I shall be pursuing other cheaper alternatives
Overall aligners experience is wonderful!
