One of the worst insurance companies
One of the worst insurance companies. Even though the monthly fee you pay is very high (compared to other companies), in the end, they will do anything for you not to get a claim.
I filled out their form to end the contract, only to find out after a week that they decided to auto-renew my subscription for one more year. I had to call their service and wait 20 minutes in line, and after 2 minutes of talk the line dropped, and I had to wait for another 10 minutes to reach out to them again.
I advise anyone to be careful with this company and take into consideration every detail before choosing it

try to understand your costumers…
try to understand your costumers better. lissen what they are saying and wrinting. how many time u have to ask same qutions. people get trired of answeing samething 100 times. you guys dont care if people have all the peppers. just want milk people for there money, another instance is much better. i dont need to wait 1h for someone to answer there phone and dont get any help.

I didn't receive any confirmation that…
I didn't receive any confirmation that i canceled mine insurance by right of withdrawal. Still wait. But they must to send me confirmation. I contacted four times with the question of when I would receive confirmation of the cancellation. And all four times they gave me a different answers (1. within a day 2. within a few days 3. within a week 4. wait a little, because many people in our department responsible for this issue have gone on vacation). Is this normal?
