Not reliable customer care

I was promised over a telephonic discussion that I will get 10% discount on my life insurance premium (As I am a SEB customer). But I need to buy the insurance to get it. I purchased the life insurance and then demanded the discount and then was told that there is no discount. This is after 3 different conversation over phone before purchasing and after purchasing they immediately turned back from what they promised. I revoked the Life Insurance immediately. Not sure if I can ever believe TRYGG HANSA again for anything.

As a SEB customer you're able to receive a discount of 10% with our home insurance, car insurance and also our pet insurance. Unfortunately, our life insurance can't receive the 10% discount and we're sorry that you've received wrong information. I am absolutely shocked by the fact…

I am absolutely shocked by the fact that I cant adjust my insurance parameters during the year when my circumstances change. I am now over insured on my car.

Professional

Professional, caring and patient.
But having all what you pay for should be on your insurance document not in a pamphlet or huden in other documents..

Most unethical insurance company in…

Most unethical insurance company in Sweden. I have canceled my car insurance with them since June 2023, and moved it to another insurance company yet they still withdrew money from my bank account without offering me any service till February 2024. All this after 2 phone calls asking them to cancel that and return my money and them knowing and admitting their mistake both times. The worst part is that this company is one of the biggest in Sweden. I will take the matter to arn

I am really dissatisfied and…

I am really dissatisfied and frustration regarding the recent experience I have had with your company. As a current customer who was enticed by the promise of a 20% discount on moving all other my insurances to your company, I am appalled at the misleading information provided and the subsequent application of only a 10% discount.

Upon considering a switch to your company, I was attracted by the prospect of consolidating my various insurance policies for a substantial 20% discount, as advertised and advised by customer service agent via phone call. Trusting in the integrity of your company, I made the decision to move all my insurances, anticipating the financial benefits promised.

this experience raises serious concerns about the transparency and honesty of your marketing practices. I believe it is crucial for a company to uphold the promises made to its customers and ensure that their expectations are met accurately.

Unfortunately last phone call ended with no solution today with your customer agent.
