Made an order where the alternatives were 2 for 1 with a discount, 3 for 2, or a 1 monthly subscribtion deal, i checked multiple times that i did NOT check the box with "monthly subscibtion", and made the order. The orderdetails came, and what do you know, the subscription did join the order. After som research around the legimitacy of this company it turns out they have done this multiple times, and people have a hard time stopping the subscription that also comes with a full price on the upcoming orders. Cancelled the order immediately, 1 hour after i ordered, and the payment had already went through. Got a reply on my cancellation within an hour, where they say that the 2 for 1 deal was because of the monthly subscription, which it never stated anywhere during the prosess of ordering, it was a seperate box to check if u wanted the monthly s. So now i wait to see if i get a refund or not. Seems like people have a hard time getting their money back as well. Oh,and the best part, after me questioning them and their clinical testing on their facebookpage, they blocked me!

Scam scam scam! They charge you for subscription even if you cancel and then you cannot do anything! They don’t answer or give solutions and I never received any of the products after the first time (which were horrible ) don’t fall for it like I did

Any good reviews on here are fake I promise you. Do not buy from these scammers they will take your money and that’s about all you will get. Cancel your orders as they will charge you a subscription each month. Contact your bank also and report these scammers

What a total scam. They will automatically subscribed you knowing. Even if you cancel the subscription they will still charge you after a month. Stay away from this scammer!

TOTAL SCAM!! Do not purchase and DO NOT GIVE THE DROPS TO YOUR CHILDREN. No one knows what the bottles include. Please help us to report this SCAM AND VIOLENCE againts children. What's inside those bottles, no one know.

When ordering I specifically chose the NON-subscription but the buy one get one free option. I did not receive the extra bottle and have now been charged again for an order I did not make!
I have been in contact with company. I heard back about the BOGO offer and they said it was not available so I asked for a refund but was refused. I haven’t heard back about the repeat order and charge…. What a scam!!!

Scam company using a legitimate company “nature fix” as its trust pilot reviews. Tried to cancel instantly they wouldn’t cancel then said it’s been posted a day after I asked. Have raised it with my bank due to this scam imitation company

Be aware of their cunning techniques. You will be offered a good price when buying, but a month later, you will be charged for a reoccurring order without even realising it. And the price will be actually higher than what any other customer would be via their website.

After raising a complaint, I received a reply stating that their terms and conditions are available on their website and I should read them.
Who on earth has the time to read terms and conditions when purchasing some drops?!

The way some companies do their business these days is so unhonorable!

A scam company tricking you into paying for a subscription. I ordered one bottle initially, and was careful not to select a subscription. The next day the same product popped up on Facebook under a different name so I did some research and found Try Natures Fix is a new company, with very little online to confirm they are legit. I emailed requesting to cancel my order and their customer service person responded quickly, cancelling my order and processing a refund. A month later they charged me a subscription. We emailed back and forth and they refused to refund me a second time, even though I emailed before the payment had come out of my account, as soon as my bank notified me that I would be charged. After several emails requesting they cancel, they shipped the product anyway and refused again to cancel it. I won’t be giving the product to my kids as I can’t find any info proving the product is legitimate or safe. They do seem to have cancelled my subscription, but have refused to refund me the £53.20 they charged me. My bank wouldn’t do anything as it appears I took out the subscription and received the product. Avoid!!

Impossible to end the subscription as promised. Contacted support a month ago to cancel subscription. Now they withdrew money for a new shipment again and support won't answer.

Really poor experience, these are scammers locking you into a subscription, you cannot cancel. They fraudulently state that this is a 0 commitment and cancel anytime subscription for 1 month, and then keep billing you and would not cancel the subscription after multiple e-mails

DO NOT TRUST THESE PRODUCTS. This company is a scam. They wouldn’t cancel my subscription, after repeatedly apologising and promising it had been taken care of. We have more than thirty bottles due to subscriptions continually being posted out. We’ve now had to block the charge with the credit card company. The colour in the bottles is all different- varying from bright blue to dark brown.

They signed me up for a subscription with sneaky fine print that wasn't clear. I cancelled my subscription, got that confirmed, and was billed and sent again. I cancelled again and had it confirmed again. Then they sent and billed again. I ended up having to cancel my card. Now they send me emails to say my subscription is stuck and want my card info. Scam.

Don't fall for this company for so many reasons. It's a scam. Only way to stop their subscription was by blocking my creditcard.

* Aggressive marketing, targeting worried partners, claiming to have the solution for it all. If it feels to good to be true, it is.
* Selling a detox product for KIDS without any manual or description. Detoxing should be done with care and professional guidance
* I bought their product without realizing it's a subscription. Now they transferred 60 dollars from my account for the third time while I already asked to cancel the subscription twice.
* My daughter used paraguard for 3 weeks and didn't feel well at all. Up untill a point she didn't have energy to go to school anymore. Their response was to keep using the product as this is the detox result. And so instead of honouring my question to stop the subscription, they continued sending it.

Don’t order! They will take your Credit Card details and charge you every month over and over again! Not to mention that money they charge doubles from the first order for the same product. They explain that as subscription (which you have no idea that exists). Also they don’t want to cancel “subscription “ as they call that. At the end I had to change my credit card. Horrible experience. BTW, product comes from China with no information of what so ever.

I can only agree with the other reviewers, total scam. My order arrived eventually but the liquid was light blue, not a brownish colour you’d expect from a glycerite. Customer support ignored my questions, so that tells me you everything. DO NOT BUY.

It is scam. My order did come but it was not brownish liquid, it was water colored with blue color. It tasted like water. As I already consumed a lot of products like this, as soon as I tasted and smeled it I knew I got scammed.

Stay away!!!!!. My order never arrived. I emailed x 3 times asking my subscription to be stopped and still no avail. They have literally stolen 180euro from me. Now my bank have to block them as they continue to try to take money from my account!!

The experiece with them was very bad, they Subscribe me automatically without my accept on The email for Subscription! They took me a lot of money from my credit Card and charge that Subscription! I have now big problems to refound the amount! 😡😡😡
