I honestly regret ordering from Rosabella Supplements. I initially just wanted to try one bottle after seeing their ad online. The checkout process was confusing, with multiple pop-ups and offers, but I made sure to select a one-time purchase. A few weeks later, I was shocked to see another charge on my card and a new shipment on the way apparently, I had been signed up for a subscription without clearly agreeing to it.I tried contacting their support multiple times, but getting a response was frustratingly slow. Even when they replied, they kept asking unnecessary questions instead of simply canceling my subscription. It felt like they were intentionally delaying the process. On top of that, the supplement itself didn’t show any noticeable results for me. Overall, the whole experience felt misleading and stressful. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the beetroot capsules on April 3rd, i wanted to cancel my order and get a refund… they said that my order couldn’t be cancelled even though I had only ordered it approximately 30 minutes prior to first contact. So they said that I can refuse the package when it arrives or pay for shipping to return it. Even though I paid for the “expedited” shipping, it took way longer than it should have to arrive. Anyways, I paid return shipping, they received the package within 4 days. I contacted them multiple times in regards to a refund and they completely ghosted me, they haven’t responded to any of the 3 emails that I have sent since they received the package! I ended up having to go through my bank to dispute the charge to get my money back! I won’t ever order from this company again! I hope that others think twice before ordering from them also!
Update: I finally received contact from this company only after disputing the charge with my bank and creating this review… they finally issued a refund… they also requested via email that I update my review, I’m assuming to make them look better because I did finally receive a refund. However, I should not have had to go through all of this frustration in the first place so no, I will not be deleting my review and making a good one to make them look better because that would be dishonest for my situation…

I ordered their moringa capsules hoping to improve my energy levels, but not only did I see zero benefits, I also started feeling uneasy after taking them. Later, I came across news about certain batches being recalled due to contamination concerns, which made me even more worried. The biggest issue, however, was the billing. The product was advertised at a low price, but by the time I completed checkout, the total was much higher than expected. A month later, I was charged again without any prior notice. Canceling the subscription turned into a nightmare—I had to send multiple emails and still wasn’t sure if it was actually canceled. This whole situation made me lose trust in the company. Between questionable product quality, hidden charges, and poor customer support, it felt like a complete waste of money.

I had a problem with the site when trying to give a review earlier. A team member responded that same day. I also mentioned that my supplement order had not yet been received and she offered to check on it for me. She also included a tracking link so that I could track my order.
I can't rate the supplement yet, but I can certainly say that I am impressed with the customer service team. Friendly, prompt, courteous and helpful.

Reps are helpful. I was not absorbing nutrients and my hair started falling out. I have taken moringa for about 5 Mos and I have significant hair growth. It has helped me absorb nutrients thru my gut biome and my swelling has gone down
