I am a new user of Beetroot Dietary…

I am a new user of Beetroot Dietary Supplement from Rosabella products they are such a wonderful and understanding company to deal with.

Waiting for a refund

I had canceled my account but they sent me and charged 71.95 for 3 bottles. I returned the product months ago and still have trouble getting a refund to my Discover card. They say not able to refund due to a problem with Discover . Discover rep said they're lying. What must I do to get refunded? Rosabella did make me jump through hoops through this whole process...getting the return address. Verifying they received it, waiting for them to inspect the return. Now they say Discover is not letting them apply the refund. Ridiculous bs.

It looks like the subscription may have been accidentally selected when the first order was placed, which led to the unexpected charge. While we strive to be as clear as possible with our subscription details, misunderstandings can sometimes occur, and we're sorry if this wasn’t clear.

Moreover, upon reviewing your order history, we can only charges for Rosabella Moringa capsules. However, we were unable to locate any order for Rosabella Beetroot priced at $64.95 or the additional $78.00 mentioned. Could you please provide the order number or any relevant details for these charges? Once we receive that information, we’ll promptly review and take the necessary steps to assist you further. Our goal is to ensure everything is handled fairly, thoroughly, and to your satisfaction.

Rest assured, your Rosabella Moringa subscription has been successfully canceled, so you will not incur any additional charges moving forward. We also attempted to process your refund on our end; however, our system indicates that a dispute or chargeback has already been initiated through PayPal for this transaction. Once a case is opened, the payment is placed under PayPal’s review process, and we’re unable to issue a separate refund outside of that system. Because of this, the refund will need to be completed through the active PayPal case. We recommend continuing to monitor the case or reaching out to PayPal directly for the most accurate updates and timeline regarding your claim.
