Not sure about the product yet. But Pia in customer service is amazing
Well, the product verdict is still unknown. I thought I had just placed an order for 3 bottles, or 12 weeks. When I was just short of 3 weeks I got notice that 2 more bottles had been charged and shipped! I'm sure if I read every single bit of the fine print it probably says that, but I didn't. So I called. THAT experience was awesome! Pia was awesome! I still don't know if the product is going to be what I was hoping for, but time will tell. Now I have a 5 month supply instead of 3. Oh well. Please tell Pia that she was wonderful.

The email address was worthless. However, contacting them directly with the phone number thats definitely the way to go. I personally hate having to contact people over the phone. But this situation wasn't bad at all, over the phone.

I have tried the pills for one month…
I have tried the pills for one month and have not seen any improvement. I also told someone back in July that I didn't want a subscription. Well someone put me on one anyway. I just called to get a refund and take me off subscription. The lady,Maya, was so nice and professional that I decided to keep this one order but no more orders. Maya was extremely helpful.

The product did not work for me
The product did not work for me. The only think that got thinner was my wallet. If you order, you will be forced into a re-ocurring charges you may not have authorized. Now as to a refund, you'll be treated to a 15 doller charge to send the product you didn't want nor autorize shipment on. Save that tracking number and be sure to call back and or email said number. Im confident I will not see my money back when this lands in their warehouse. Bottom line, product is junk, and these folks are rip off artist.

Painless Refund Process
John in Customer Service was very helpful and professional in handling my refund request.
I wanted to try Sculptique because of my NASH diagnosis and none of my current treatments were helping. Unfortunately, my experience was not going as hoped and when I received an email that another 5 bottles were being shipped, I contacted Customer Service for cancellation.
John was able to cancel the second order with a full refund and process a full refund of the original order.
My thanks to John for his excellent service.
