2nd time I’ve used this company and once again happy with product,delivery,timing

This was the second order from Tuda Grass- and on both occasions the ordering- paying and delivery were very speedy the product ordered was securely packaged and was delivered within three days

Great realistic grass, it is so full and springy. Very good price too, at under £10 m2.

Fantastic company to deal with brilliant communication through WhatsApp and customer service team as I needed to order more panels spoke to customer service to help me and requested a delivery which they did sort for me top quality product. I would highly recommend this company

Terrible service and misleading colors
The color of the rug in reality is completely different from the palette shown on Amazon. I wanted to get a replacement, so I called customer support a The representative was extremely rude and flat-out refused to exchange it. In the end, I had to return the item through Amazon. Avoid this seller.

Excellent communication and delivery of artificial grass to the site of use at the bottom of the garden.

I rarely leave reviews for companies, but I think the service and quality of their products are first class. They were able to help me over text on WhatsApp and were able to tell me what I needed to lay artificial grass on solid ground. They were able to sort me out with a few samples too to be sent over to the North of Ireland which helped a lot. Thanks very much.

Very pleased with the artificial grass I ordered from Tuda. The quality is very good, so good in fact that we ordered the same grass for the front. It has a very soft and thick feel, kids love to play on it and maintenance is very easy. Tuda have a good range, especially if you want a more premium product, highly recommended.

A fantastic selection of different grasses, I ordered several samples before choosing a grass type. Delivery was made the next day, but the outstanding feature was a fantastic quality artificial grass for an exceptional price. Approx 2/3 cheaper than other suppliers, but better quality.

I brought oak composite decking .There was a few days delay due to supplier issues because I wanted the 4.8M lengths , but once the product arrived and was laid , it's brilliant. It tidied up an old wood decking that was past its best. I was please with how easy it was to lay with the plastic clamps , and now it looks amazing. I would definitely use this company and this product again.

From enquiry, through to order then delivery, I had the best seamless service provided in many years.it all went through without a hitch. The order arrived very quickly, with the most helpful and polite delivery driver. The service is what we should expect but rarely receive. I would use and recommend this company without hesitation.
