Absolutely thrilled with the roof tent that Dara and colleagues fitted to our T5. We had to get out and enjoy the March sun immediately and had our first night in the roof tent in a local site - it was fabulous! Quality of tent is superb, really enjoyed the space it’s given us and has provided us with our perfect set up. Our 14 year old says it looks ‘lit’ which I’m presuming means he approves too! Can’t thank Tuff Trek enough - great welcome and advice when we popped into their Saturday open day and communication regarding fitting etc has been spot on. Back this week for a solar panel install and it’s reassuring to know it’s in safe hands. Recommend Tuff Trek unreservedly 👌🏕️ 🍻

Amazing service! We ordered a Shadow Awn for our Landrover Defender but there was slight damage to the casing. The fantastic team at Tuff Trek were absolutely brilliant in sorting it out for us. New case was dispatched from Africa and has now arrived with us. Can’t recommend this company highly enough😇

I ordered some camping chairs that were delivered within 24 hours. Some stitching came undone on one after 6 months. Again within 24 hours Tuff Trek had contacted the manufacturer and arranged a replacement. Couldn’t ask for better service!

This awning is stupidly designed & constructed. I used it 4 times & now noticed 8 holes appearing in the canvas right where the oversized bolts are that hold the support legs. These are digging into the canvas when closed up, so I had to reduce the length & put on some protection to prevent chafing.

The person who answered the phone could not have been more helpfull and worked after closing time to sort my query.
