We had an Alucab Contour canopy fitted by them yesterday. They took great care to get the fitting right and it looks great.
Will be going back for the rooftop tent before long.

Excellent products, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Slightly disappointed with this purchase. Delivery was a shamble, this obviously not a negative remark about the company rather the chive of courier.
The product however was supplied with no T bolts. The product has not been tested yet as I have had to go and purchase T bolts before I can fit to my roof rack. Take this into consideration before purchasing.

Tuff-Trek are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpfull. Good communication and truck canopy was delivered on time.
Smart Cap truck hardtop is awesome quality and was easier to assemble than I was anticipating. If a tornado or hurricane ever hit South Wales I'm climbing into the Smart Cap.

I have a Berlingo micro camper and space is always an issue (haven't quite got the hang of packing light!). I bought an airbeam awning which attached to the side but after the first week away I knew I'd made a mistake. I camp solo so everything needs to be easy and the air beam wasn't. Ungainly and a real problem to dry out when wet I needed something that worked for me.....

Move on to the Tuff-Trek TT A1 awning... recommended by a friend, its a revelation. So simple, takes up very little space, easy to dry and pack and gives you a really decent sized space. Just wish I'd found this earlier - it would have saved a bucket full of stress. I have one side and the Angel Wing front panel and think I'll go the whole hog and get a second side panel for privacy when needed. PS: did I mention really fast delivery and great quality material!! 5* all round.

Spoke to sales on an evening before they closed and the chap was more interested in speaking with some friend outside even though I wanted to spend £3.2K. Was asked to order online and did so. Then received an email asking for another £144.00 for delivery. Yet over the past 2-3 weeks I had added the canopy to a basket and it stated “free delivery”..but never pushed the button. Then to have quite an arrogant email saying pay us another £144 or you can cancel the order is really not encouraging to want you do any further business with them, and that was the same reply I had when I called them!!!!. So I’m going to bust tech and saving myself £1000.00 and actually finding some proper, civilised customer service. Teff-trek are making almost £1k per Ali-cab canopies, so having a cockup on your “website” is your error and not the customers and then asking them to cough up another £144 isn’t good service. I run my own shop and Postoffice and know if I cockup, it’s not the customer who has to pay for my mistake!! Go somewhere else and save a grand or more, you’ll appreciate the service.

I ordered 2 side walls for my awning back in April, didn't actually use them until June. When i opened the bag there was only 1 side wall. Phoned Tuff Trek when i got home and the second side wall was at my door next day. Best customer service i've ever experienced
