Ive had my roll down backpack for 4 years so far - the waterproofing of the front zip went after a few years, but the main pocket is solid. For context, I'll routinely walk 5 miles with it, even in extreme coastal rain. I use it everyday and adore it, but dad bought a matching one. I read another review about a lady struggling with the width, I have probably average width shoulders for a lady - certainly not narrow. Sometimes my shoulders do get sore but then the waist strap sorts me out (I do also carry an inordinate amount of stuff.) Some signs of wear at the base, but compared to other rucksacks Ive used in the past, I will certainly buy this again. Also people are mesmerised when I roll it closed haha

This is a repeat purchase - so as you can guess I really rate the product. My son is extremely hard/tough on any kit that works and these are just what the name says :-)

Bag is great but no postage paid so had to pay post office to get parcel delivered.

Item was never dispatched let alone delivered. Tried contacting multiple times using various methods listed on the website with no response to any enquiry.

Very high quality item. Would definitely recommend. Used for keeping clothing dry on the lakeshore after open water swimming. Great size, great value for money.

I have tried to contact via emails on 3 occasions and they have all bounced back as undeliverable, I’ve rang and left voice messages on 3 occasions and have no reply, I’ve submitted my request via the online form and tried via FB messenger and no response. So disappointed.

Do not buy from here. Faulty goods and no reply by any method. Email address doesn’t work, mail undelivered. Phone goes straight to answer phone with no return call

Ideal bag delivered fast and no nonsense. The bag is very good.

Brilliant rucksack for any use: Work, gym or holiday, it works for them all. Great value for money, looks great and it really is waterproof. Came the next day as well. Really pleased I went for this

The quality and design is good but really disappointed that the bags are designed for male size shoulders and chest. It's v uncomfortable for me. Perhaps I should have considered that when I bought it, but these days i do expect companies to specify that their designs are made with men in mind rather than expecting women to figure that out. I hope the company will create some designs with women in mind too at some point. Unfortunately, this is going back.

I have the 18L backpack and I use it for school. Great laptop pocket and great dividers for all different subjects but the only thing its missing is somewhere to put a drink without fear of it leaking

Love these bags... we'll thought through and simple.
I use mine for sailing.
