Great toy but saddened to learn of your association with puppy farming

Wow what brilliant products ! I brought the sheep chaser a few weeks ago and my puppy has not stopped playing with it so impressed was I that I purchased the one with ball on which if possible she loves even more it’s brilliant for recall fantastically well made great customer service and pleasure to deal with. Wish more companies and their products were this good - can’t recommend highly enough .

Avoid, overpriced and overrated. I purchased the rabbit tug and sheepskin toys - both fell apart within a month and only offered and exchange. I had expected my husky with a high prey drive to be more into these real animal products but she has normal toys she likes so much more! Overall, not fit for purpose or good customer service.

Delivery faster than expected, and my dog has loved every toy I've brought and they've all lasted incredibly well with supervised play. Very well made and I would recommend them to anyone with a dog in their life.

The product i ordered was delivered quickly without any problems.
The bungee rope/ball was good quality and very sturdy,my patterdale loves it.
Would definitely use this company again.

Bought a rabbit chaser tug to replace one my friend had that my dog ate the end of, and an extra one for my dog. Given it is supposedly made of rabbit skin I wasn't particularly concerned as figured it would pass through without issue. 11 days later my dog threw up a large synthetic strap, that presumably the rabbit had been attached to. We were SO lucky this didn't cause our dog serious problems. It should be made clear that the "rabbit" part of the tug is not just rabbit, but has a synthetic strap running through the length of it.
I returned due to it being unsafe. They then had the cheek to say my original order therefore didn't qualify for free delivery and deducted the delivery cost from my refund!

Mixed review for me.

I got the Clam for my 6 mnth old Cockapoo puppy. The first one we received he managed to tear through the seam within 10 minutes of opening it. He did this whilst it was in my hand and he was trying to open for the treats. I fed back and got a replacement.

The replacement lasted longer, we managed to use the booklet, he can open when in my hand, he can open on his own, but it has to be closely monitored, if I look away at any point he has chewed through part of the seam. Right now it doesn't stop us using the toy but can't see how I'll ever throw it or hide it for an enrichment game. He is a chewer, so maybe this is good only for dogs that love fetch etc... any one that likes a chew you have to hover over them.

I would say the customer service is good, and the item could be good for those dogs not interested in chewing, but I would say for me it was 3 stars

I could say so much but to keep it brief. Ordered a sheepskin toy for my dog and got the wrong one, yes the picture showed like a lead I got the bungee so thought I would call to get this exchanged. Rang straight away the man said he couldn’t help me as they were getting ready for an event! Didn’t even take my details told me to email. What kind of rude is this ? I then emailed and asked for an exchange. Sent it back, I just wanted the right one I thought I was ordering . Only to get an invoice for a payment request or over £5! That’s right they wanted to charge me for sending the correct one! Absolute joke they are so rude. I also ordered the clam via their marketing trick anyways gave this to my dog it literally isn’t fit for purpose, was torn within two minutes! Darent even complain about that given their previous reviews! As a customer I have never been treated to appalling ever. I asked for a refund as no way I’m paying twice for postage for an incorrect order

Great products, great service. My Airedale Raven is obsessed! Highly durable, extremely well made, honestly a must have for every dog owner.
